M&A Today
A monthly newsletter that is one of the cornerstones of the academic world of mergers and acquisitions and of the education of business brokers. Since it's first publication in 1992, M&A Today has remained one of the very few newsletters available specifically for professional business intermediaries. M&A Today was originally founded by M&A Source to help spread knowledge throughout the organization but is now widely used outside of the organization as well. It is regarded as one of the rare reliable academic sources on the subject matter and as such, subscribers pay a premium for the articles.
While it does require subscription fees these only cover editorial and publication costs as contributors are not paid. Contributors donate their time to write the articles for the sake of adding more academic knowledge to the field of mergers and acquisitions.
Article topics are very diverse ranging from specifics on family handovers to articles on specific M&A groups to companies’ specific techniques.
