Lullabies for Macy Rose (album)

Lullabies for Macy Rose is the first solo album by New Zealand actor/musician Johnny Barker under his Sleepy Kid alias. The album is an eclectic mix of self-written songs that have been described as a perfect chill-out album and really shows the softer side of Barker.

Johnny received a NZ On Air grant which he used to record 'Lullabies for Macy Rose' (named for his newborn niece) which was released on May 12, 2008.

The first single from Lullabies for Macy Rose is entitled "Little Box". The single was released on August 04, 2008 to coincide with a New Zealand wide tour with Reb Fountain.
