Luke Sniewski
Luke Sniewski (born July 7, 1984 in Sacramento, California) is an American football quarterback coach.
Sniewski graduated from Granada Hills High School in 2002, where he led his team to the Los Angeles City Playoffs. Sniewski then played college football at Pasadena City College, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and Idaho State University. During his career he was an All-Conference and Academic All-American in 2003, Big Sky All-Academic Team member in 2005, and a semi-finalist for the Draddy Award in 2005.
After being undrafted and unsigned in the 2006 NFL Draft, Sniewski began a career in accounting. In 2008, Sniewski played in the Italian Football League for the Falconara Dolphins, where he played quarterback and served as the team's offensive coordinator. Subsequently, Sniewski returned to Southern California and became a Certified Personal Trainer.
Sniewski currently coaches quarterbacks for 220 Sports Fitness, LLC, where he developed a training system known as Prototype QB. The Prototype QB training program uses the concepts of periodization to develop quarterbacks by challenging them both physically and mentally.
