Luis Antonio Rivera Diaz
Luis Antonio Rivera Diaz, (Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico) is the first Hispanic Public Advocate in the history of New Haven, Connecticut.
He served under Mayor John Daniels, first and only African-American Mayor.
