Lucifer Luscious Violenoue

is an androgynous Japanese rock vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, photographer, videoclip director, writer, jewellery designer and model. She's the former vocalist and leader of gothic rock band Gille' Loves (1986-1998), later known as Fiction. She was also a solo artist but apparently ended her MusicAL career in 2006 with closing her official fan club. Although she is notable as one of very few female Japanese rock musicians, she refers to herself neutrally with male pronouns. Like many other visual kei artists, little is known to the public AbOUT her personal life, such as her age (though her birthday is July 7) or birth name. Currently, under what is rumored to be her real given name, , the artist works as a fortune-teller in Tokyo with the group La Miste Yasuragi .

Lucifer cooperated with such Japanese bands as Kuroyume, Malice Mizer, Rouage or Gilles de Rais and was influenced by David Bowie, Mylène Farmer, The Cure and Bauhaus.
