Look Afraid
Look Afraid is an Ohio based rock band formed in 2007 by Alex Nauth and Mat Franklin previously of Sofapunch (a lesser known ska band). In December of 2007 they won a national competition called Famecast. winning them $10,000 and mass press after beating hundreds of bands from around the world. Aaron Burgess of Spin Magazine was at their performance in Austin Texas in which they won the competition and called them "A Badass Rock Band" (can be seen in print beneath the live performance video). At this moment they are unsigned but are in talks with various labels AbOUT representation and are working on a promotional EP to ride on the recent buzz they are creating. Legendary poster artist Jeff Gaither also did poster design for a series of halloween shows that was featured on the cover of local Oxford paper the Amusement
They just became a business and own the rights to all things Look Afraid
