Loke Yeng Hoe
Yeng Hoe is an Assistant Manager with the Security and Technology practise at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore. He had been involved in various IT controls assurance and compliance as well as Information Security consulting assignments based on PwC and industry best practices.
He has experience in numerous engagements providing Threat and Vulnerability solutions to enable clients to pro-actively manage information security of their IT systems. He has conducted various vulnerability, penetration and sniffing tests on networks and web applications using commercial and open source scanning tools and exploit scripts. He was part of a team that conducted penetration testing and independent security reviews on the application and network infrastructure (i.e. system, network devices and SWIFT Security) of the new MAS Electronic Payments System Plus (MEPS+) for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
He has performed source code reviews for web applications to assess the code for deficiencies in the areas of security, reliability and operations.
He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Computer Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).
