Loïc Lambour
Loïc Lambour, born Zimmermann, Zimmermann-Lambour (March 16, 1986 in Saverne) is a self-taught french photographer.
History
Lambour started photography at the age of 5 years in his mother's darkroom, a childhood memory bathed in red light and marked by the scent of chemicals. He take his first SLR camera at 9 years. He learned how it works and starts looking light through its new tool.
His work is a research, a study of this world, on the human, environmental and material conditions. Loïc rejects the photographic world. He said that this world has become a lobbying business. However, he continues his personal work and publishes privately printed books (meant for private circulation, not public sale).
