Lloyd Segal
Lloyd M. Segal is an American real estate investor, attorney, and author. He has worked as a lawyer and mortgage broker and has written books AbOUT foreclosure and real estate investment.
Career
Segal practiced law for more than 30 years, specializing in real estate litigation. In 2007, the Los Angeles Times described him as a Beverly Hills mortgage broker and attorney in connection with his book Stop Foreclosure Now.
Segal has been involved in real estate investment education. In 2009, the Los Angeles Times listed him as a guest speaker at a foreclosure workshop organized by the California Foreclosure Institute. He is the founder of the California Foreclosure Institute, which provides educational services related to foreclosure.

Segal is the author of several books on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate investment. His works include Everything You Wanted to Know About Chapter 11 Bankruptcy...but Were Afraid to Ask, Stop Foreclosure Now in California (Nolo Press), Stop Foreclosure Now: The Complete Guide to Saving Your Home and Your Credit (AMACOM), and Foreclosure Investing (Regency Books).
