List of U.S. service members killed during the 2026 Iran war
In the 40 days following the start of hostilities against Iran by the US and Israel, at least 13 US service personnel were killed and 381 wounded. One source lists Israel as suffering a total of 23 deaths (as of 23 April). Some 43 other countries are also affected and 23 of these have sustained fatalities. The estimated overall count of deaths including civilians had mounted to at least 10,000.
The following is a list of confirmed U.S. service members as well as service members from U.S.-allied countries and members of peacekeeping forces killed during the 2026 Iran war. It includes services fatalities of nationalities whose stances in the war are variously described as 'Western Coalition', 'NATO', and 'Gulf Cooperation Council', as well as the 'International' category of United Nations peacekeeping forces.
