List of Scottish Challenge Cup hat-tricks

The [[Scottish Challenge Cup]] is a [[Football in Scotland|Scottish football]] competition run by the [[Scottish Professional Football League]] (SPFL) since 2013 and previously by the [[Scottish Football League]] (SFL) from 1990–2013 for clubs operating outside the [[List of Scottish football champions|Scottish top division]].
[[Billy Dodds]] and [[Paul Sheerin]] have both scored [[hat-tricks]] in the final of the competition, Dodds for [[Dundee F.C.|Dundee]] in [[1990 Scottish Challenge Cup Final|1990–91]] and Sheerin for [[Inverness Caledonian Thistle F.C.|Inverness CT]] in [[1999 Scottish Challenge Cup Final|1999–2000]]. [[David Winters (footballer)|David Winters]] is the only player to score more than one hat-trick in the competition (with two). [[Rory McAllister (footballer)|Rory McAllister]] recorded a five-goal haul in a 5–3 win at [[Falkirk F.C.|Falkirk]] on 18 August 2015. A total of five other players have scored four goals in one match.
Multiple hat-tricks have been scored in the same match twice. [[Andy Jackson (footballer, born 1988)|Andy Jackson]] and [[Paul di Giacomo]] both scored hat-tricks for [[Greenock Morton F.C.|Greenock Morton]] in an 8–0 win at [[Stranraer F.C.|Stranraer]] on 23 July 2011. [[Darren Gribben]] and Lee Sibanda then repeated the feat by doing the same for [[Arbroath F.C.|Arbroath]] in a 7–5 win at [[Elgin City F.C.|Elgin City]] on 28 July 2012.
