List of Miss World Philippines titleholders

From 1966 to 1976, the Miss Republic of the Philippines pageant was held to select the representative of the Philippines to the Miss World Pageant. From 1977 to 1991, the official representatives came from the Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant.From 1992 to 2010, the official representatives came from Binibining Pilipinas pageant.In 2011, Julia Morley ended the contract with Binibining Pilipinas and awarded the franchise to Cory Quirino to hold Miss World Philippines,a separate national pageant for the Philippines' representatives to the Miss World pageant. Under CQGQI, the Philippines won one Miss World crown (see table below). The current title holder of Miss World Philippines is Megan Young.
