List of English cricketers (1856–60)

This is a list of English cricketers who took part in matches between the 1856 and 1860 seasons that are recognised as holding important match status or unofficial first-class status by substantial sources such as Scores & Biographies.

NB: the names have not yet been formatted to WP standards as the majority are surname and initials only at present. Many of the players already have articles where the titles are first name and surname, but it is expected that over half will remain redlinked after the name is formatted. The list can be further improved by additional information like teams and dates.
