List of Easy Company (506 PIR) veterans
Easy Company (20 July 1942 in Camp Toccoa, Georgia – 30 November 1945 in France) was in the United States Army's 2nd Battalion (which also included Dog and Fox Company), 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division.
The unit was made famous by the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers, based on the book of the same name by historian Stephen Ambrose. It chronicled their wartime experiences, from Easy's basic training at Toccoa, Georgia, through the American airborne landings in Normandy, Operation Market Garden, the Battle of Bastogne and on to the end of the war at [...]'s Eagle Nest.
