List of Demon Beasts/Monsters in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!

Monsters, referred to as in the original Japanese version, are creatures created by Nightmare in the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! anime.

Possibly to avoid religious connotations, the term demon beast is changed to the more mundane 'monster' in the English dub.

In addition to referring to the creatures Nightmare CREATES, demon beast also can be used to describe SomeOne based on the way they act. Knuckle Joe was called a demon beast because of the cruel, violent way he attacked a defenseless Kirby. It is also possible to be a demon beast under a contract, although it's never specifically explained what is meant by that.

Demon beasts range in size from microscopic disease-causing pathogens to towering dragons and robots, and are based on all manner of animals, mythological creatures, and even people.

Octacon

Appearance: Episode 1

Octacon is an Immense red octopus who blows fire and shoots fireballs from his tentacles and can also spawn mini-versions of himself from them. He is the very first monster that Kirby had to face. He had been eating Mayor Len Blustergas' sheep for at least three nights. When the Cappies demanded to see the King to know where monster was, King Dedede calmly told them that the so-called monster they were talking AbOUT was not a monster but his pet octopus, who only liked to eat sardine, but none of the Cappies believed him. While the monster was enjoying his lamb chops, Kirby came crash-landing in Cappy Town and ended up being the protector of the people there. Octacon hypnotized Dedede, but he proved too clumsy to defeat the pink Star Warrior. Afterwards, Octacon showed his true form, and began to destroy the castle. Kirby showed his talent and inhaled all of the mini-versions of Octacon that he spawned to attack him. He transformed into Fire Kirby and blew Octacon away from King Dedede's castle.

Blocky

Appearance: Episode 2 and Pilot anime

Blocky is a big block of rock dressed like a sumo wrestler. He attacks by jumping on his enemies and can also split into four smaller versions of himself, which are his actual form in the games. He was bought by King Dedede to crush Kirby so he couldn't get himself a place to live. Since Blocky was so heavy, Kirby couldn't inhale him at first. But when Meta Knight pointed out how he could triumph, Kirby started to inhale the monster from the cliff he was standing on. However, Blocky split into four smaller versions of himself just before he was completely swallowed by Kirby, who transformed into Stone Kirby. Kirby proved superior to Blocky by turning into a big golem and sending his smaller forms flying. He then led Blocky to follow him to another cliff, and Blocky, not knowing Kirby's idea, dumbly broke a chip off the cliff that he and Kirby were standing on after jumping on Kirby's invincible golem form a few times, and Kirby swam back to the surface of the water, leaving Blocky stuck sinking to the bottom of the sea. Blocky also appears in the pilot anime in his actual form in the games.

Bugzzy

Appearance: Episode 3

Bugzzy is a big Stag beetle-like monster who wields a sword and a club. He can make two swords to replace them both if he loses his initial sword. King Dedede bought him when he thought Kirby wasn't a swordsman, but was proved wrong when Kirby inhaled Bugzzy's initial sword and transformed into Sword Kirby, cornered him with his extendable sword after Bugzzy made two swords, blocked all of the monster's swings with his own sword, and followed Meta Knight's instructions from his duel with him, using the Sword Beam to destroy Bugzzy, who tried to block it but failed and was sliced in half.

Kracko

Umiushii

Appearance: Episode 6

Umiushii is a huge slug-like monster with spikes on the tip of its tail and a yellow stripe and yellow eyes running up its back. It has the power to breathe fire. It appeared in Dream Land to be looking for Kirby while destroying Cappy Town in the process, since it's so big it just happens to destroy everything in its path anyway. But in reality, Umiushii is not a real monster; it's just King Dedede's sidekick, Escargoon, in a suit, as shown near the end of the episode.

His appearance and behaviour is similar to the Glus from Maze of the Beast of the Deltora series.

Dedede Stone

Appearance: Episode 8

The Dedede Stone is a huge golem with a distinct resemblance to King Dedede. It was manufactured by Nightmare Enterprises and modified by King Dedede, and placed at the quarry by Professor Curio. When Curio proved that the artifacts relating to Dedede's ancestors was a phony, Dedede introduced the Dedede Stone, which then showed its true form. The King ordered it to stomp and kill Tiff when she went to help Curio, but she was saved by Meta Knight. Kirby attempted to inhale it, but it was just too big. Luckily, Curio attacked its foot with a pick-axe, allowing Kirby to inhale the shards that flew out and become Stone Kirby. After almost being squashed between the monster's two hands, Kirby jumped on the Warpstar that Tiff called forth from Kabu, and skillfully dodged the golem's attacks, then smashed right through its top to its bottom, causing it to slowly turn into a huge pile of brick-like rubble.

Slice n' Splice

Appearance: Episode 9

Slice n' Splice (Kittari-Hattari in Japanese) is a four-legged robot wielding a sun and moon rods as weapons, which interestingly bear a distinct resemblance to Mr. Shine & Mr. Bright. He is capable of splitting his opponents in two, mixing up their body parts, and putting them back together with his rods. SnS is also one of the few monsters to be capable of speech, the others being Urameshiya, Monsieur Goan, Hardy, the Broom King, Erasem, Max Flexer, Dirk, Kirk, Smirk, MT2, Doctor Moro, Anige, Fang, Rip, Turbo, and Fryclops. He is VOICED by Osamu Hosoi in the Japanese version and Eric Stuart in the English dub. He was bought by Dedede, who also received a free how-to video along with him. SnS showed his abilities to the King and Escargoon, and after they were put back together, Dedede said he was a "real cut-up", after which SnS returned thanks. The King decided to have some fun showing the Cappies what SnS can do, and he ran amok, mixing up the Cappies' parts. After putting them back together, SnS went with The Two anti-heroes and actually split Kirby in two. Lololo and Lalala (Fololo and Falala), carrying the two Kirbies, out-maneuvered the monster and the anti-heroes, until SnS recognized Lololo and Lalala as the monster Lola (Fofa), and told them that before Lola was delivered to Dedede, SnS split him in two. Tiff and Tuff, with help from the Lola twins, pwned Dedede and Escargoon while also stealing SnS's sun rod, and put Kirby back together. When SnS showed up, Kirby began inhaling, and SnS let go of his moon rod, which Kirby ate up, causing himself to transform into Cutter Kirby. Kirby defeated SnS with his Cutter Boomerang and Final Cutter attacks, and also restored Rick and Tokkori, who had had their body parts mixed up by the monster, back to normal. Unfortunately, though, Tiff and Tuff didn't have time to put Lololo and Lalala back together before SnS's explosion, which caused his sun rod to disintegrate, but Lololo and Lalala didn't mind.

Popon

Appearance: Episode 11

Popon is a big tower of green spherical blobs with a happy face containing nothing more than two eyes on the top blob of his body. Just like his Kirby's Dream Land 3 incarnation, he attacks by throwing blobs. He can also quickly repair himself if damaged with a slicing attack. He came to King Dedede's castle under the disguise of Chef Kawasaki's mentor, Chef Shiitake. According to Escargoon, the Shiitake-disguised monster was here to critique the food served by the chefs in Cappy Town and Castle Dedede. Kawasaki had made a recipe with Kirby involved in it because he thought Kirby was made of Zebon (a character in Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards), but when the Shiitake impostor was about to try a bite of Kirby, Kawasaki shoved Kirby off the plate he served him on. Afterwards, the fake Shiitake insulted Kawasaki's frying pan and that's when Kawasaki knew that he was a fake! And that's when the faker revealed his true identity, Popon. Popon made quite a mess in the dining room by throwing his blobs everywhere, but Kirby inhaled Kawasaki's frying pan and became Cook Kirby. While he deflected the blobs with his frying pan, Kawasaki and Meta Knight helped out, and Kirby emerged victorious over the towering Popon by smacking him With It, which sent Popon flying around the sun to be cooked and came crashing back down in the dining room, revealing fried popon. Even despite the warnings of Escargoon that it was fattening, Dedede tried a bite, and said it tasted great, and hired Kirby as a new master chef, while also hiring Kawasaki to start cleaning the dishes. In the Japanese version, Popon says his own name.

Urameshiya

Appearance: Episode 12/14

Urameshiya was a ghost downloaded by Escargoon as A Plan for revenge against Dedede for his pranks. Interestingly, it also riled the inhabitants of Castle Dedede. Dedede tried many ways to figure out how to get rid of the ghost, but couldn't stop shaking in fear. In the end, the ghost went to the castle bank, and Dedede gave it the money it was looking for, after which it took the money to Nightmare Enterprises. Urameshiya is also one of the few monsters capable of speech. Its face closely resembles that of Shy Guys from Mario.

Sasuke

Appearance: Episode 13/29

Sasuke is a small red puffball with a yellow Pointy hat who throws fireworks at his enemies. He is also a master of machinery and weaponry, and is considered one of Nightmare's most powerful monsters. After being bought by Dedede, he built himself a large, mechanical Dedede float for him to pilot in battle against Kirby, but Escargoon built a firecracker just in case Sasuke's float failed. He and his Dedede float proved to be really challenging for the pink Star Warrior, especially when he transformed into Fire Kirby, and even when he used the Warpstar Tiff called out. Tiff was worried that Kirby couldn't beat him. Kirby got his Fire ability knocked out of him after blowing up the Dedede float with his fire attack, and Sasuke got out just in time for the float to explode, and launched himself at Kirby with the firecracker strapped onto his back. Kirby was hit from the tip of the firecracker and was almost blown back into space, but Kirby inhaled Sasuke and just barely got off of it before it blew up, after which it came crashing down on Dedede and Escargoon.

Noddy

Appearance: Episodes 14/13 and 18/16

Noddies are cute little yellow puffballs who wear orange nightcaps. They lived in the pillows that Nightmare sent to Dedede, which caused the inhabitants of Dream Land to have recurring nightmares about the trouble in Dream Land since Kirby's arrival, and also hypnotized them into thinking they should kick Kirby out, but Meta Knight revealed that it was the Noddies who had been doing this all along. Interestingly, according to Dedede's Encyclopedia of Botanica (Kama Sutra in Japanese), Noddies can also be popped out of the Pukey Flower. The Noddies were last seen rising up into the heavens following the Pukey's destruction.

King Dedede's Submarine

Appearance: Episode 16/15

King Dedede's submarine was used by the King himself and Escargoon to try to destroy the Rainbow Coral Reef so he could build himself an underwater kingdom after the trade-off he made with Kine so the fish could be with Tiff. However, when they learned of this, Kirby and his friends, especially Kine, came to save the coral reef from destruction. The submarine fired a torpedo destroying Tiff's submarine, but Kine saved her and Tuff with his bubbles. It also grabbed Kirby with its claws and started punching him until Kine rammed it, causing it to release him. Afterwards, he inhaled and managed to swallow its propeller, after which he swam back up to the surface and then became Tornado Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby spun and sucked the submarine inside his tornado, tearing it apart in the process and leaving the King and Escargoon without the submarine and ending up being chased by Joe the shark.

Honker Stomper

Appearance: Episode 17/94

Honker Stomper (Noseman in Japanese) is a gigantic nose with feet and a purple explorer's hat. His attacks involve a strong inhale and exhale from his giant nostrils, which is considered similar to Kirby's inhale technique. That was probably why the episode he appears in didn't air until Season 4 of the English dub aired. He was bought online by Dedede when he asked Nightmare Enterprises for a monster that would help him find Sir Ebrum's missing ring. When Honker Stomper showed his ability to the King in which he tested it on Escargoon's box of rings which he hid in the walls of the throne room, Dedede ordered him to go find the ring, and he did when he came across Doron holding it. But he not only got the ring, but soon, he started stealing all the jewelry from everywhere in Cappy Town with his inhaling ability! When HS returned to Dedede and showed him all that he inhaled, Dedede was infuriated at first because all that wasn't what he was looking for, but he soon decided to keep it all when Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby showed up, and that's when Kirby and HS battled it out in an inhaling contest to see who could inhale more. When Doron was revealed, Kirby turned the suction on hard until Tuff told Kirby to stop and used the best weapon against a giant nose: a shaker of pepper! Afterwards, Honker Stomper sneezed, blowing Kirby, Doron, and all the jewels out of the castle with his strong windy exhale while also pinning Dedede and Escargoon against the wall. Dedede showed how strong he actually is and clubbed HS some place else with his hammer. In the Japanese version, Honker Stomper speaks using the phrase "I'm Noseman!"

Pukey Flower

Appearance: Episode 18/16

The Pukey Flower is a spiky plant that has a flower inside it and has several venus flytrap-like heads that act as its offense and defense against enemies. According to Doctor Yabui, it is also the only cure for a sleeping sickness. Unfortunately, though, according to Dedede and Escargoon, the Pukey POPS out Noddies and also eats things up. Tuff, Lololo, and Lalala found the Pukey at the end of a cave in the jungles of Babagahara for Kirby, who had eaten a Noddy and ended up falling asleep for 1,000 years, only to end up being attacked by it. Tiff and Meta Knight showed up and Meta Knight saved them and reminded them that it was a trap set by King Dedede. Meta Knight battled against the flower but had problems with it, even with the power of his Galaxia sword. Tuff tried to grab it for him, but it grabbed it and threw it up into the ceiling and attacked him again. Tiff was in a shocked look, seeing that her brother was about to be eaten with no one to save him. However, Tuff knew that Kirby was the last hope against the bad blossom, so he threw the flower's petal to Tiff, who showed it to Kirby, causing him to spit out the Noddy he had eaten and come to his friends' rescue by inhaling and eating the spines on the flower's body and become Needle Kirby. Needle Kirby overpowered the Pukey with his needles, causing it to release Tuff, and just as it was about to go for him again, Meta Knight finished it off by throwing a torch at it, burning it and causing all of the Noddies inside it to rise up into the heavens.

Ice Dragon

Appearance: Episode 20/18 and Pilot anime

Susshi

Appearance: Episode 21/19

Susshi is a large, red fish-like monster who attacks with stinky breath as well as its long, eel-like tail. It was called forth by King Dedede during his duel with a Commander Vee-disguised Princess Rona, where he didn't do so good with a sword. Rona attempted to fight it, but it's tail attack was strong enough to knock her down. Kirby volunteered to help, and after withstanding its stinky breath, he inhaled Dedede's sword to become Sword Kirby. As Kirby battled against the monster, he discovered it was heavily armored in the front. Then Chef Kawasaki came up with an idea; Kirby and Rona could work together to "turn Susshi into sushi". They liked the idea, As soon as Susshi came charging them, all they had to do was run around behind it, jump up, join their swords together, and cut the monster's tail off...and it worked. Afterwards, Susshi's tail came off and it was reduced to piles of meat and bones and leaving the monster paralyzed and unable to move.

Tornadon

Appearance: Episode 22/20

Tornadon is a large green-blue dinosaur/dragon-like monster with a tan-and-brown-striped belly and a fan in each hand, and it has silver spikes running up its back. It has the power to throw tornadoes both big and small from its fans, and is also capable of turning into a bigger tornado. It was bought online by Dedede and attacked Kirby and his friends while they were fishing at the ocean. Surprisingly, this makes Tornadon the reason why they got stranded on the very island where they met Kit CoSMoS. Later in the episode, Dedede and Escargoon showed up on the island's beach, and when Cosmos challenged them to a fight, Dedede introduced Tornadon, who proved too much for the sergeant, as well as Tuff when he took his place in battle. But Kirby inhaled one of its tornadoes, became Tornado Kirby, and engaged with Tornadon in a tornado duel, with Kirby emerging victorious. After receiving Kirby's final blow, Tornadon disintegrated into thin air.

Imomushii

Appearance: Episode 23/21

Imomushii is a monster that appeared when Escargoon injected a caterpillar he found in the garden with his Insta-Monster Mixture formula after which it grew into a gigantic, hideous beast. While it sat on Dedede and Escargoon (for a moment) rocking them back and forth with its movement, it soon also picked up Escargoon with its jaws and swung him around with them. The snail explained that perhaps he used too much formula on the caterpillar though at least he and the king knew it worked, and Dedede was happy with the invention because now he could create all the monsters he wanted without having to pay Nightmare Enterprises a cent. Whatever happened to Imomushii afterwards is unknown, and so is why Dedede doesn't use the formula more often than keep running up his N.M.E. bill.

Floaty the Drifter

Appearance: Episode 25/23

Floaty the Drifters, also known as just Drifters, are Green Umbrella-like monsters that give Kirby the Parasol ability when they're inhaled. Dedede made fake rain after which the Waddle Dees brought the Drifters in and gave them to everybody, especially Escargoon's mom. The Drifters came alive and attacked everybody by closing themselves on them as the King introduced them. Luckily, just when the Drifters were about to attack Escargoon and his mom, Kirby quickly inhaled four of them when Tiff told him to, thus transforming into Parasol Kirby. Kirby easily overpowered the Drifters, and even the one held by Dedede was not enough to protect him from the parasol-wielding Star Warrior. Dedede managed to escape being hit by another attack from Kirby when he was launched into the air by a cannon followed by Kirby, who launched himself there using the same cannon to follow him, but he and his Drifter were repeatedly hit by fireworks resulting in Dedede's last Drifter's destruction.

WolfWrath

Appearance: Episode 26/24

WolfWrath (Chili Dog in Japanese) is a wolf monster that is known very well by Meta Knight, Sword Knight, and Blade Knight, and is one of Nightmare Enterprises' most dangerous and powerful monsters. It is also surprisingly by far one of the most popular Kirby anime villains, and it's easy to see why; the monster itself is said to have a dispected attractive cuteness which has attracted so many Kirby fans. Ice Dragon Robot

Appearance: Episode 28/26

The Ice Dragon Robot is a monster that appears to look very much like a robotic version of an earlier monster, the Ice Dragon from Episode 20/18, itself. It behaves in the very same way that its non-mechanical counterpart does, though it doesn't bring Winter to Dream Land, plus it also breaks free of the ice it's encased in every time it's frozen instead of simultaneously exploding after being frozen. Monsieur Goan

Appearance: Episode 29/27

Monsieur Goan looks like a potato with a chef's outfit, a moustache, and sunglasses. He is capable of serving food with a very good and affordable quality, which is why King Dedede and Escargoon decided to open their own restaurant, namely Restaurant Goan, to counter the horrible quality of Chef Kawasaki's bland food, with Goan's help, after downloading him and liking the taste of his food. Goan is also capable of growing taller, and sprouts two extra pairs of arms (each one with a different cooking utensil in his hand) in the process. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. He speaks French and is voiced by Isshin Chiba in the Japanese version. After Kawasaki served Chief Bookem a hot and spicy chowder with peppers in it, that's when a restaurant war involving food using spicy ingredients broke out, which of course ended in favor of Goan's Kirby-looking sorbet. When the Cappies moved in mistaking Kirby for sorbet, the hero made his move only to witness Goan's transformation, after which the evil chef began chasing Kirby with his cooking utensils. Kawasaki tossed his frying pan to Kirby, who inhaled it and became Cook Kirby and traded blows with Goan for a while. Kirby eventually got his Cook ability knocked out of him and was placed in Goan's spherical freezing orb, but Kawasaki had other IDeaS. So he quickly cooked up some atomic curry and threw it to Kirby, who ate it, thus getting heartburn and spitting fire all over Restaurant Goan, especially at Goan. Everybody escaped in time for Goan to be blasted out of the top of his restaurant, and watched as the whole place burned down and into ashes, except for its logo.

Galbo

Appearance: Episode 30/28

Galbo is a huge dinosaur who, unlike his game incarnations, is colored purple, not red. He was bought online by Dedede, who believed that Kirby would be reluctant to attack him because he was so attached to his pet baby Galbo. And he was right. But the baby Galbo returned and helped Kirby out. He attacked his bigger counterpart, who repaid him with a flame blast that burned him, causing Kirby to cry. Then, Kirby got so mad that he turned to face the big Galbo, and inhaled his flames to become Fire Kirby, and jumped on his head. Tiff summoned the Warpstar, and Kirby got on it, went inside Galbo's mouth, and burned him from the inside out like he froze the Ice Dragon from its inside out as Ice Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby realized that his pet baby Galbo was able to shed his burned skin to heal himself, thus making him very happy, though the baby Galbo never appeared again in the series. In the Japanese version, Galbo speaks using the word "Gero" and sounds really cute.

Walky

Appearance: Episode 31/30

Walky is a microphone with pink boots who is voiced by Yuko Mizutani in the Japanese version. He actually appears to be harmless, but anyone who sings into him will be transported to the delivery room found in Nightmare's Fortress' command center. Luckily, when Kirby inhaled Walky, thus becoming Mike Kirby, his song was loud enough to cause the Kaiju-esque monsters waiting for him there to explode and the Salesguy to decide to send Kirby back to Dream Land. After the whole castle collapsed from Kirby's song, Kirby found Walky again only to let him run away. In the Japanese version, Walky says his own name.

Hardy

Appearance: Episode 32/95

Hardy is a dentist chair-like robotic monster who possesses a single yellow eye with a brown pupil. It has four mechanical arms, two which are normal because of the hands, which are actually orange gloves, and two which have dental tools attached. One of those tools is a drill while the other is a scissor. Hardy is actually very harmless like Walky appears to be, since it isn't exactly designed for battle. It is one of the few monsters capable of speech. It acts like a robot when it speaks. It was bought online by King Dedede when he wanted someone who could clean his teeth better than Doctor Yabui since he thought Yabui was too scary for him, especially with a drill. But when Dedede saw that Hardy was a dentist too, he was so scared that he made a run for it. Hardy appeared right in front of Kirby and his friends' eyes and went to work on Tuff's teeth, drilling them and cleaning them. It was about to go for Dedede when he told Kirby to go get it. Kirby attempted to inhale Hardy but was caught in its hands. Dedede told Hardy to yank out all of Kirby's teeth, but Hardy didn't care what he said and went to work on Kirby's teeth only to discover that Kirby had no teeth! Kirby used this opportunity to get away, but not before inhaling Hardy's drill. He became Tornado Kirby, and blew Hardy out of Dream Land, leaving Dedede to end up having to come face to face with Yabui's drill once more.

Fire Lion

Appearance: Episode 33/31

Fire Lion is a lion who is entirely ablaze unlike its game incarnation. Also unlike its game incarnation, it spits fireballs instead of turning into one. It was bought by King Dedede to burn up all of the garbage that was being dumped on Dream Land by aliens. But Fire Lion became out of control, pounced on Dedede, and went to burn up the trash. Tiff, knowing that it would incinerate all of Cappy Town too if it wasn't stopped soon, told Kirby to inhale the flames, but all he could inhale was a bunch of garbage and he soon grew tired. Of course, this also infuriated Fire Lion, who then trapped Kirby in a circle of flames with it. Tiff called out the Warpstar, and Kirby got on it, inhaled one of FL's fireballs and became Fire Kirby. Kirby and the lion engaged in a fireball-spitting duel where they dueled and dodged with CG'd fireballs until the monster decided to spew a stream of flames at the pink hero. Kirby countered with his own, which overpowered the monster and caused it to expand. Kirby tied its mouth shut, twirled it around, and then threw it out to sea where it exploded upon touching the water.

Cobgoblin

Appearance: Episode 34

Cobgoblin (Morokoshii in Japanese) is a maize-like monster with hands, feet, and black eyes. It attacks by grabbing its enemies with its tendrils, spinning, and shooting exploding kernels into their mouths, after which when it lets them go, the kernels' explosions cause the victims whose mouths it shot them into to bounce around. Otherwise, it simply attacks with heavy slaps. It was ordered by Dedede while Kirby was chasing him while on a sugar rush he got from swallowing Chef Shiitake's Gijira Extract. Cobgoblin laid the smackdown on Kirby until Tiff tossed Kirby Chef Kawasaki's frying pan, which he inhaled to become Cook Kirby. Kirby then turned the tables on the maize monster by throwing his frying pan at it twice, shaking the corn on its body off. Interestingly, the corn on Cobgoblin's body quickly turned into popcorn when cooked by Kirby, which, as the puffy hero found out, was quite tasty.

Broom King

Appearance: Episode 38/44

The Broom King is a huge broom-like monster wearing a crown on his head. He has arms and red eyes. He is capable of flying and attacks by blasting garbage at his enemies, handle-thwapping them, and dust-bombing them. He is also able to command armies of brooms through use of his magic, and, like earlier monster Popon, is also a master of disguise. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. He is voiced by Kazue Ikura in the Japanese version. He was sent to Dedede under the disguise of The Famous author, Rowlin, who looks like J.K. Rowling. She helped Dedede build a magic school where they talked about Pappy Pottey and had a game of Quidditch. Then the real Rowlin showed up and pointed out that the Rowlin who was hosting the school was not the real deal, and the faker got creepy evil red eyes and tried and failed to attack the real Rowlin when Meta Knight blocked her with a punch. Afterwards, the faker revealed herself to be the Broom King, who then used his magic to start controlling the brooms the Cappies were using in the Quidditch game. Kirby inhaled one of the brooms and became Cleaning Kirby, and fought off the brooms. Then he faced the Broom King in a showdown, with Kirby proving superior. The Broom King tried to get away, but Kirby followed and finished him off with one swing from his broom.

Erasem

Appearance: Episode 39/36

Erasem (Boukyakku in Japanese) is a small monster that resembles a question mark and a firefly. It attacks its victims by causing them to not be remembered at all by everyone they know. It is one of the few monsters capable of speech. It was bought by Dedede who thought he had found a monster dangerous enough to clobber Kirby for good. But Dedede proclaimed that something went wrong with the download when he first saw Erasem. Erasem attacked Escargoon and the next day, Dedede didn't remember his buddy at all. In fact, nobody but Kirby, who of course is a baby in the anime, was able to remember Escargoon. Then, Meta Knight figured out that Escargoon was attacked by the small monster, and formed a plan. Kirby and his friends took the snail to the dungeon, where Meta Knight tortured him until Erasem was shaken off, causing Escargoon to be remembered by everyone he knew again. Erasem went around terrorizing the citizens of Cappy Town. Just as it was about to attack Escargoon again, Kirby inhaled it when Tiff dumbly told him to, causing him to be forgotten by everyone, including even Tiff and Tuff. Even Tokkori didn't recognize poor Kirby! Luckily, just in time for the episode to end, Kirby spat Erasem back out, after which it said "Bye bye Kirby!"

Masher

Appearance: Episode 40/37

Masher is one of Nightmare Enterprises' most powerful monsters, bearing a huge mace that he twirls above his head before throwing it at his foes. He is also capable of flying by using the jets attached to his feet, and can spin with his mace, getting in multiple hits if he hits. This incarnation of Masher is MUCH bigger than his Kirby's Dream Land 2 incarnation. Downloading him was part of Knuckle Joe's plan to destroy him, since he was a monster hunter. Of course, he had to keep it a secret from Nightmare Enterprises' employees because he was assigned by them as a monster manager. Masher was downloaded while Kirby was helping everyone in Dream Land out by inhaling the mini-monsters, though quickly growing tired out because there were too many to swallow because hundreds of them were appearing in the land. When Masher arrived, Kirby tried to inhale him, but Masher quickly proved too fast and too strong to be inhaled by him. Meta Knight tried to help, but he took a major hit, causing Tiff to be teary-eyed. As Masher dished out more damage, Knuckle Joe took off his business suit and joined the fray, tag-teaming his attacks with Masher against the pink hero until he was cornered and unable to even stand anymore with the two looming over him. Tiff begged with tears in her eyes for Joe to stop hurting him, but Joe silently refused, and told Masher to finish him off. Then he used his Smash Punch move and told Kirby to inhale, after which he did and turned into Fighter Kirby. Then, Joe suddenly started to lay the smack-down on Masher, and told Dedede that he tricked him and N.M.E. into downloading Masher so he could destroy him. Dedede told Masher to attack, but the monster was overwhelmed with Kirby and Joe's teamwork, and they finished him off with a Rising Break move, causing him to explode. Masher later returns in Episode 65 as Masher 2.0.

Fridgy

Appearance: Episode 41/38

Fridgy (Ray Elephant in Japanese) is a huge wooly mammoth-like monster that also resembles a giant Buzz-Blob or a Chu-Chu, both of which are enemies in the Legend of Zelda series. It attacks by blowing ice streams and ice rays at its opponent from its trunk. While Dedede was terrified of Kirby after a dream where Kirby was a huge, fiery monster with fangs that was after him, he decided to order up a monster that could put out a fire, and he received Fridgy. Fridgy then proceeded to take the attack to Kirby with its ice rays and tried to crush him with jumps and falling icicles. Although Kirby tried to follow Tiff's directions and inhale the monster, its ice rays were too fast for him to do so. Suddenly, Meta Knight appeared and gave Kirby a torch to inhale, in which he became Fire Kirby. Fridgy was no match for Fire Kirby's attacks, even when it blew ice streams at him, and it rammed itself right into the wall and melted into a huge pile of water. Confusingly, its name is alternatively spelled Fridgey or Fridgie.

Geraasuu

Appearance: Episodes 41/38 and 42/39

Geraasuu is a huge spherical red asteroid that, according to Mabel, is on course to crash-land into Dream Land. After learning that it's not going to crash into the land for many, MANY years, Nightmare and his salesman decided to speed it up a bit, thus giving it 48 hours to crash into the land instead of so many years. But Tiff had a plan, and Tuff, Lololo, Lalala, Meta Knight, Sword Knight and Blade Knight resolved to help her. They aimed their cannons at the asteroid and fired at it, but the cannonballs were of no use, since they were thrown around a little by the anti-gravity field surrounding it. Suddenly, they saw Kirby, and Tiff called the Warpstar. Kirby rode it and inhaled all the cannonballs, and fired them at Geraasuu. This time, they hit it successfully, throwing it off course and causing it to leave Pop Star entirely.

House-Haunting Ghost

Appearance: Episodes 45/52 and 46/53

The house-haunting ghost is a ghost made up of lots of little white lights that haunt the haunted house it comes with. These little white lights are capable of taking on various forms, and can even make anything in that haunted house move, which can freak people out. After Gabon's defeat and the haunted house's collapse from the fire from Fire Kirby that burned it down, the house-haunting ghost was not anywhere to be seen.

Sharbon

Appearance: Episode 46/53

Sharbon is a small blue ghost wearing a green sleeveless shirt with a red letter S on it. It has the ability to blow bubbles, which can startle people. Although Sharbon has a distinctively female voice, it is often referred to as an it. It scared King Dedede by blowing bubbles as he was walking by the painting it was in, which is found in the same haunted house the house-haunting ghost comes with, and was nowhere to be seen after the haunted house's collapse from Fire Kirby's fire which burned it down after Gabon's defeat. Sharbon was the winner of a Japanese art contest where you could draw your own character for the Kirby anime.

Gabon

Appearance: Episode 46/53

Gabon is a small monster wearing a skull for a helmet who wields two bones for weapons making him resemble a Skull and Cross-bones symbol. His specialty is throwing the bones he wields. He first appeared after another trap that would supposedly send Kirby to Nightmare's Fortress failed and that's when the Salesguy decided to send Gabon to do the dirty work. Gabon began repeatedly hitting Kirby with the bones he threw. Kirby inhaled one of the bones, but didn't get any abilities, and kept getting whacked with the bones until Meta Knight gave Kirby another torch to inhale. After becoming Fire Kirby, Kirby fought back and defeated Gabon by continuously blowing his fire on him, burning Gabon as well as the haunted house, which burned down and collapsed from Kirby's fire.

Domestic Servant Robot

Appearance: Episode 47/42

The Domestic Servant Robot (Helper Robot in Japanese) looks a lot like a robotic version of Blocky's actual form in the games, with mechanical eyes and arms, and tank wheel-like feet. It manages the job of doing chores for the customer who buys it. It may not look exactly designed for battle, but when it feels threatened, it shoots lasers from its right eye, and can transform into another form built for battle. Its battle mode has red shoulder plates and also has a pair of mechanical legs with red feet. Its arms become almost as flexible as those of humans or other creatures, its tank wheel feet are moved to its back, plus it also has a dome on its head with a purple eye. It was bought by King Dedede as a replacement for the Waddle Dees for their clumsiness, after which all of them were fired and kicked out. However, what Dedede didn't know was that the robot was really a ploy by Nightmare Enterprises to get Dedede to pay his debt. Upon being approached by the King and Escargoon, it went crazy and shot lasers all over the place. Waddle Doo, leading the Waddle Dees, came to their master's rescue and witnessed the robot's transformation. The Waddle Dees had trouble with the robot until Kirby started inhaling. He happened to inhale a rock and become Stone Kirby, and then turned into a big pink golem and jumped on the robot a few times, pinning it into the ground long enough for the Waddle Dees to pick it apart with their screwdrivers. One more jump from Stone Kirby was enough to smash the domestic servant robot into scrap metal.

Flame Feeder

Appearance: Episode 48/43

Flame Feeder (Fire Jelly in Japanese) is a huge flaming jellyfish-like monster that, like its name suggests, feeds on flames to get stronger. It attacks by throwing fireballs from the tips of its tentacles. It starts out as a small orb, which was delivered by the Salesguy to King Dedede. When he, Escargoon, Kirby, Tiff, Tuff, and the tourists got to the top of the Booma-Dooma Volcano, Dedede dropped the orb into the lava below, and it showed its true form and identity, Flame Feeder. Flame Feeder started attacking everybody but Kirby helped by inhaling one of the fireballs and became Fire Kirby, after which he got on the Warpstar that Tiff called afterwards. Unfortunately, though, what Kirby didn't realize was that Flame Feeder got bigger and stronger with every of his attacks, so Kirby got his Fire ability knocked out of him (which sadly wouldn't return until Episode 95). But Tiff had an idea, and everybody threw ice cubes to Kirby, which he inhaled and became Ice Kirby. Kirby then easily defeated Flame Feeder by freezing it with his ice breath, using Freezer Suction to suck it into his mouth, using Freezer Ejection to spit it out encased in ice, and then kicking it on top of Dedede and Escargoon.

Dedede Doll

Appearance: Episode 50/48

Dedede Dolls are, as their names suggest, dolls that look like King Dedede. After being downloaded by Dedede, they were sold all over Cappy Town, and even Tiff was stupid enough to buy one, for not even she was suspicious. Dedede spoke to everyone through their Dedede Dolls, telling them to put all their money inside the dolls. Afterwards, Dedede soon opened up his own bank, and everyone started giving their money to him as part of his plan to get more money owed to Nightmare Enterprises. However, the only one suspicious of this plan was Meta Knight himself. Later another night, Dedede started using the dolls to beat up everyone except for Tiff, who had locked her doll in her drawers before going to sleep. Kirby had cuddled up with Tokkori's doll, too! The next day, Dedede and Escargoon soon learned that whatever happened to the dolls happened to the King as well. Fearing that everybody would start playing with the dolls soon, they hurriedly grabbed back everyone's dolls but Kirby's, and Kirby started playing with his doll, hurting Dedede a lot. When Dedede realized that everyone took all their money back, he went and attacked Kirby again only to be kicked into a hole in the ground when Kirby kicked the doll there. When a mole knocked Dedede and his doll out of the hole, they started attacking Kirby again, but Kirby inhaled the doll when Tokkori told him to, though he didn't get any abilities (although Tokkori told him to turn into Doll Kirby). Dedede was seemingly inhaled as well, and the last thing we saw was Dedede stuck in space where a large Dedede Doll in a bubble was seen. How Dedede came back is unknown.

Denjaa

Appearance: Episode 51/49

Denjaa, also known as Danger and/or Dangerous Bomb, is a purple, armorized eggplant who attacks by popping bombs out of the top of its head and throwing them at everyone, including its opponents. It is easily confused and has a hard time telling friends from foes, but makes up for that with the title of one of NME's most powerful monsters. It starts out inside the top of a cake that was sent to King Dedede by Nightmare Enterprises, after which after Kirby took a bite of it during his 1st anniversary party, it bursted out of the cake's top and started throwing bombs all over the place, even at Dedede and Escargoon. Kirby inhaled one of its bombs and became Bomb Kirby, and countered Denjaa's bombs with his own. Afterwards, Denjaa threw a bigger bomb and Kirby bounced it back. Denjaa tried its best to hold it back, but the bomb exploded on it, taking it out with it and leaving only its armor behind.

3 Color Fighters

Appearance: Episodes 52/45 and 53/46

The 3 Color Fighters are small monsters based on martial arts, who come with the 5 Martial Arts All-Stars. They were the most common martial arts mini-figures collected by the Cappies. When everyone found out that the 3 Color Fighters grow in the moonlight, they put them on their window sills, and while they were sleeping, indeed they did grow; into fearsome fighter monsters that began to annoy everyone. Though Sir Ebrum and his family knew that Kirby needed to come inhale the small bullies and save them, Kirby was actually in big trouble as well with the fighters running loose in his house after their growth from the moonlight on his window sill. Luckily, though there were so many of them, everyone soon discovered that the 3 Color Fighters could easily be destroyed in one whack from their tools. Whenever the fighters are hit, they flash bright rainbow colors and disappear. After Kirby defeated all 5 Martial Arts All-Stars, everybody finished off the remainder of the 3 Color Fighters. Dedede wanted more martial arts mini-figures, but all he could get was more 3 Color Fighters in their harmless, mini-figurine state.

Kung Fu Lee

Appearance: Episode 53/46

Kung Fu Lee (most likely named after Bruce Lee) is the Kung Fu master of the Martial Arts All-Stars. He has green skin and red hair, and wears black pants. He is skilled in the martial art of Kung Fu, and also skilled with his nunchuks. His beam color is orange. He was Kirby's first opponent in a stadium match between him and all five Martial Arts All-Stars after Kirby inhaled all five's beams and becoming Fighter Kirby. He pushed the pink hero around with rapid punches and kicks for quite a bit before Kirby retaliated with some Vulcan Jabs, which Lee blocked with his nunchuks. After repeatedly smacking him with them for a while, Kirby got away, leaving Lee's nunchuks to wrap around his right arm, giving Kirby an opportunity to make Lee fall to a well-placed Smash Punch.

Boxer Dyson

Appearance: Episode 53/46

Boxer Dyson is the heavyweight boxer of the Martial Arts All-Stars. He is shown wearing a blue helmet and boots, green boxing gloves, and a red jumpsuit with white stripes, which appears as a combination of a sleeveless shirt and short pants. He only uses his fists for fighting, and also uses Vulcan Jabs similar to those of Fighter Kirby and Knuckle Joe. His beam color is blue. He was Kirby's second opponent after Kung Fu Lee in a stadium match between him and all five Martial Arts All-Stars. He, similarly to Lee, went for the smackdown on Kirby with rapid punches and uppercuts before taking a hit from the Star Warrior's downward Smash Punch. Afterwards, Boxer Dyson used a variety of Vulcan Jabs, but Kirby was too short to be hit by them, and countered with his own, hitting the boxer right into the boxing ring's ropes, which bounced him back toward Kirby, who finished him off with a Rising Break.

Karate Kid

Appearance: Episode 53/46

Karate Kid is the Karate master of the Martial Arts All-Stars. He is dressed in a white Karate gi with a red belt and has his brown hair tied in a ponytail. He is known for his skill in Karate. His beam color is green. He was Kirby's third opponent after Boxer Dyson in a stadium match between him and all five Martial Arts All-Stars. KK proved to be a very challenging opponent and seemed to get the best of Kirby with his rapid Karate chops, his upward kick, and his hard punch. But Kirby blocked another hard punch from him, then grabbed and threw him. KK, of course, was just warming up, so he glowed a green color to power himself up, then went for Kirby again only to be grabbed by him and thrown into Dedede's and Escargoon's grandstand via the pink hero's Tomoe Throw.

Old Taikyoku

Appearance: Episode 53/46

Old Taikyoku is the Tai-Chi master of the Martial Arts All-Stars. He is an old man dressed in a green robe with yellow rims, pink shoes, a black hat with yellow rims, a pink bow, and his hair tied in a ponytail. He is skilled in Tai-Chi, and also uses his ponytail to whack his opponent with. His beam color is red, and he is the only martial artist of the group to only be able to fire the beams from his foot. He was Kirby's fourth opponent after Karate Kid in a stadium match between him and all five Martial Arts All-Stars. Old Taikyoku got Kirby to mimic his moves as a plan to get his guard down before striking with his ponytail. But Kirby landed on top of his opponent's head from his fall from being hit by the Tai-Chi master's ponytail. Taikyoku turned forward to face his opponent, laughed a little, then collapsed and exploded.

Yankee Sekitori

Appearance: Episode 53/46

Yankee Sekitori is the super-sized sumo wrestler of the Martial Arts All-Stars. He is also the biggest member of the group, and is dressed in green pants and brown shoes. He wears blue sunglasses as well. He knows plenty of sumo wrestling moves and also uses his hands for fighting, which makes him kind of a cheater since sumo wrestlers aren't allowed to use their hands. His beam color is yellow. He was Kirby's final opponent after Old Taikyoku in a stadium match between him and all five Martial Arts All-Stars. The two did what sumo wrestlers always do before starting a match, and Yankee hit Kirby with his hands quite a few times. But Kirby had an idea, and after dodging another slap from him, he showed his opponent that sumo wrestlers aren't allowed to use their hands by doing a move where a cat appeared out of nowhere (which was strangely cut from the dub), running around behind him, and kicking him from behind. But Yankee wasn't done yet, and glowed a yellow color to power himself up, and went for a body slam, which of course failed when Kirby blocked it with a Rising Break, which finished him off.

Windwhipper

Appearance: Episode 54

Windwhipper (Kazaguruu in Japanese) is a huge windmill-like monster with ivy growing up its side. It has orange feet, arms with fans attached, and it has a yellow eye in the center of its face, which is also its mirrored windmill blades that it spins to blow wind in its opponent's face. It can also flip those blades over to reveal the mirrors and spin them to silently hurt its opponent and/or show him/her as a total fraud. Additionally, Windwhipper also attacks by firing shurikens from the fans on its arms. It is well-known by Sir Gallant the valiant knight, making Sir Gallant himself the only non-Star Warrior-related guest character to recognize a Demon Beast/monster. It was first shown fighting Sir Gallant in a video of a battle, where Windwhipper bested the knight. Dedede and Escargoon, who were watching that video, got an idea on how they could expose the one who called them monsters as the fraud he is, so they picked up Windwhipper, and brought it to the scene where Sir Gallant was about to take Mabel, whom he thought was Princess Raia, with him. Windwhipper easily bested Sir Gallant and proved to him that he was just a crazy character who read way too many comic books and watched too many videos, but Kirby stepped in, inhaled the shurikens, and became Mirror Kirby, after which he easily defeated the windmill monster by blocking its shurikens with his Reflect Guard, confusing it with his Mirror Body, and then using his Mirror Cut to slice it in half.

Togeira

Appearance: Episode 55

Togeira looks like a purple Gordo with a transparent face, glowing yellow eyes, and a thermometer on its face. Its name is a combination of two Japanese words "toge" and "ira", both of which mean "thorn" or "spine" in English. It attacks by firing its regenerable spikes at its enemies. It also has the power to possess a victim's body, taking away his/her ability to get angry despite the harm everyone inflicts on it, and storing up its anger for a mega-attack. It is voiced by Ed Paul in the English dub using the same voice as King Dedede. It was first shown as a mysterious light downloaded by Dedede that attacked him right away, "turning him from a sour puss into a sweetheart" as it was shown the next day. Dedede always remained calm even through all the harm that everyone was causing him, all because of Togeira sitting inside his head all along, storing up bubbling blood with its thermometer getting higher with every bit of harm inflicted on the King. Soon Escargoon learned from the Salesguy that Dedede's niceness and calmness was because of Togeira taking his anger away, and afterwards Tiff learned that Togeira was inside Dedede's head, storing up his anger for a mega-attack. Soon it wasn't long after a few bashes from Escargoon's mallet before Togeira's thermometer reached full capacity, causing Dedede to explode in a fiery rage and start chasing after Kirby, whom Escargoon made him think was beating on him all along, with his hammer. Suddenly, Dedede slipped on a banana peel, causing Togeira to come out of his body and start firing its spikes at Kirby, who inhaled them to become Needle Kirby. Togeira proved to be a challenging opponent, but with help from the Warpstar Tiff called forth, Kirby tricked its spikes into impaling their own owner, causing its thermometer to drop and the monster itself to make a nice fireworks display. In the Japanese version, Togeira speaks using the word "Toge".

Belly Buster

Appearance: Episode 57

Belly Buster (Power Stomach in Japanese) has two forms. It initially appears to be a flying pie with five arms each wielding a frying pan that it flings regenerating pies from at its opponents. When it gets angry, it shows its true form, which is a giant stomach with red eyes that swallows and digests opponents. It is voiced by Mike Pollock in the English dub using the same voice as Sir Gallant the valiant knight from the same episode that earlier monster Windwhipper appears in. It was bought by Dedede, who wanted a monster that could outpower Kirby's appetite. Not only did it start attacking Kirby with its pies, it attacked everyone else, including even its own customer, as well. Everyone but Kirby tasted the pies and they tasted awful! Even Kirby, though he never took a bite, knew how awful these pies would taste. This infuriated Belly Buster so much that the custard covering the jam inside it melted away. It went attacking Kirby, Dedede, and Escargoon, causing more custard to fly out and hit everyone else. Afterwards, it showed its true form, and swallowed the three, much to everyone's horror. But Dedede had an idea that would "give Belly Buster a belly-ache", and he threw a bomb that Escargoon told Kirby to inhale. Kirby became Bomb Kirby and threw his bombs all over the place, which exploded causing the monster to expand and explode, releasing its three victims.

Teacher Creature

Appearance: Episode 58

Teacher Creature (Kyoushii in Japanese) was the first Dedede Academy school monster. He first appears as a green-and-black graduation cap. But, he can transform to show himself as a wizard-like monster with a talisman attached to a red hat with black rims and a black ponytail with a yellow braid, and yellow rims on his robe, which is a larger, upside-down version of his hat form. He attacks with jumps and his whip, and also carries a never-ending supply of chalks and erasers to quickly and repeatedly throw at his opponent. He first appeared in his hat form, which was often put on the heads of the teachers at the school, making them mean and scary to the children. The teachers would go punishing anyone who wouldn't follow the rules, especially those who wouldn't even respect King Dedede, and give them lots of nearly-impossible-to-do homework. After being knocked off of Tiff's head by Tuff while he possessed her into trying to make Kirby "face his punishment" much to the King's and Escargoon's amusement, he showed his regular form, and proceeded to beat up on Kirby and proved too strong to be inhaled by him. But Tiff had an idea stating that Kirby could inhale the chalks to turn into Fighter Kirby, and it worked. Afterwards, Kirby easily mopped the floor with Teacher Creature, and after he used his Rising Break on the monster, everyone got out just in time for the evil teacher to land and explode, taking out the entire school with him.

Crab

Appearance: Episode 59

Crab is, as its name suggests, a crab, which is colored green with blue shoes. It possesses the traditional crab ability to walk only from side to side. Its claws are sharp enough to cut anything, plus, it has buck teeth. In the English dub, it uses the same voice as Professor Curio. It was sent to King Dedede, who, after trying a bite of Buttercup's crab during an episode of his Millions for a Meal show, which was sprinkled on with spice, wanted some more crab, and when he wanted more crab, he wanted the biggest crab NME ever had. Crab began chasing Kirby, the King, and Escargoon, and managed to grab Dedede. Tiff made the King promise to cancel his Millions for a Meal show, and he did, and afterwards gave Kirby a frying pan which he inhaled to become Cook Kirby. After knocking the King out of Crab's claws, he threw his frying pan onto the King's monster transmitter, and tricked Crab into stomping on him so he could use his herculean strength to toss it into the frying pan to cook it. Dedede wasn't interested in taking a bite of it, but when Tiff made a bet that even Kirby couldn't eat such a giant monster, she lost her bet when Kirby went to inhale the cooked crab beast much to everyone's horror as the episode ended.

Kirisakin

Appearance: Episode 60

Kirisakin is a huge monster who appears to be a sloth or a mandrill; whatever kind of ape it is, it has purple fur with pink stripes running up its back, a horn on its forehead, orange eyes, and scythes for hands. It was the monster responsible for the death of Sirica's mother Garlude. It's easy to see why it won that fight; Kirisakin is an excellent swordmaster, despite the fact that it lacks a sword. Its scythes can also regenerate if broken. Meta Knight fought against this savage beast to try and save her, but was too late to save her from dying in the end. It was later sent to King Dedede, who was scared out of his wits of Sirica and wanted to get rid of her. It went all the way to Kabu Canyon and easily defeated Sirica (despite her skill in swordplay, weaponry, and supposedly martial arts) and Sword Knight and Blade Knight, though it's safe to say that all three are still alive. Kirby inhaled Sword Knight's sword and became Sword Kirby, and engaged with Kirisakin in combat. Kirby broke its scythes, which regenerated, and they kept clashing until the monster broke Kirby's sword. Then Sirica grabbed Galaxia and threw it to Kirby, but the monster shoved him and grabbed it first. But Meta Knight had other ideas, so he blasted the beast with Sirica's five in one weapon, allowing it to let go of Galaxia and Kirby to grab it. A light shined down on Galaxia, powering it up and forcing Kirisakin to cover its eyes with its right arm, since it has no eyelids. Kirby then used the Galaxia Sword Beam, destroying Kirisakin despite it dumbly trying to block it with its scythes. Kirisakin in the Japanese version uses a roar almost similar to that of the Pukey Flower and the Ice Dragon.

Max Flexer

Appearance: Episode 61

Max Flexer (Mr. Macho in Japanese) looks a lot like Richard Simmons. He wears a sleeveless yellow shirt with a red stripe, red wristbands, blue sunglasses, and light blue shoes, and has pink hair. He wears headphones and often wears a big smile on his face, in which his mouth always shows his teeth. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. When he speaks, he often makes a lot of rhymes and talks about exercise a lot, which fits him being a fitness monster. He made his appearance when the Salesguy saw that both the King and Kirby had been fattened up from all the chips from NME they ate, and decided to help them regain their normal shape and size by sending Max Flexer over to the castle. MF turned the throne room into a disco show with exercise regimens that the King and Kirby went through. After Kirby regained his normal shape and size from being hit by a dropping mace which caused him to spit out all of the chips he had eaten, Tiff was dumb enough to tell her pink friend to "Suck it Up", after which Kirby inhaled MF's headphones right off of his head, becoming Mike Kirby and cause Tiff to remember how horrible his singing was to her. Kirby's song was loud enough to cause Max Flexer to grimace in pain and his body to explode.

Cold Virus

Appearance: Episode 63

Cold Viruses are microscopic purple spheres that have red eyes. They act as bacteria and cause people to get sick upon taking over their bodies. There are several of them, and they are able to reproduce. When Dedede wanted to get sick like everyone else, who had mysteriously caught a cold, he bought a bottle containing millions of them. He swallowed all of them, and rejoiced as he was finally sick like everyone else. But soon he got sick of being sick, took Kirby, bought a Microtizer from NME that he shrunk Kirby with, and sent Kirby to his stomach by tossing him in his mouth. Kirby was chased all over his rival's stomach by the viruses, but Dedede told Kirby to inhale them. However, Kirby didn't have time to inhale all of the Cold Viruses before Dedede sneezed, thus leaving the King with having to deal with being sick from the viruses themselves being in his stomach until he would get better. Interestingly, the Cold Viruses look similar to the cavity monsters from Episode 32/95, the same episode that earlier monster Hardy appears in.

Masher 2.0

Appearance: Episode 65

Masher 2.0 (Powered Masher in Japanese) is a souped-up version of Masher from Episode 40/37, with wings, gold rims, a red orb on his chest, a red and more sinister-looking visor, and a gold mace. He's lost his groaning voice, but keeps the title of one of Nightmare Enterprises' most powerful monsters, only he is much more powerful than before, making him nearly as powerful as the Metarex from Sonic X. In addition, he is also able to fire huge laser beams from that orb on his chest, dealing more significant damage. Despite all the additions built into him when he was rebuilt, Masher keeps all of the moves and specialties he had in his previous form. But he doesn't just use his feet as jets this time, he can also use the rocket boosters attached to his newly-built-in wings as jets as well. He was first seen in the beginning of the episode with some helpers of his, which are some of the Kaiju-esque monsters you always see in Meta Knight's flashbacks, in a battle against Knuckle Joe on his home planet. Joe did good against them, but not against Masher 2.0 since his armor was almost impenetrable like the Metarex. Joe decided to make a run for it, with Masher coming after him. Masher didn't have enough time to catch up to Joe before he used the monster transmitter to teleport himself to Dream Land, so he went to the very same place by crashing down on a canyon in the form of a meteor. Joe, knowing that Masher had come to Dream Land, decided to take him on all by himself, while the monster set out to find him. The two crossed paths with each other, and battled it out once more. Despite Sword Knight and Blade Knight's warnings that Joe was too weak now, Joe fought Masher anyway. Still, Joe was having problems since Masher's armor was still impenetrable. Luckily, Kirby came to Joe's rescue, riding on the Warpstar that Tiff called out. Meanwhile, Tuff, Lololo, Lalala, and Meta Knight were sneaky enough to steal a device from King Dedede and Escargoon that according to them could make their own monsters without having to pay NME a cent like Escargoon's Insta-Monster-Mixture formula from before, which they figured could help Joe defeat Masher 2.0, as well as the box containing Escargoon's rings. They also took Joe's father's medallion back from them, since the King and his sidekick took it from them after they took it from Joe since his return. Meanwhile, Knuckle Joe used an attack that Kirby inhaled to become Fighter Kirby. While Kirby distracted Masher 2.0, Knuckle Joe put the device that MK gave him on his left arm and tried to use a Smash Punch move with all of Escargoon's rings, but it didn't seem to work since the rings shattered upon attempt of usage. Suddenly, Masher took flight and fired a huge laser that almost crushed everyone. Luckily, they survived, and as Masher fired one more beam, Knuckle Joe combined the device with his father's medallion, and, with Kirby helping him, managed to overpower the beam with his own. Joe's beam hit Masher, and, this time, was powerful enough to destroy Masher in one blow.

Dirk

Appearance: Episode 67

Dirk (Gure in Japanese) is a fish-looking monster who finds having fun picking on people, especially teachers, irresistible. He is best friends with two other school bullies besides him, namely Kirk and Smirk. He has a star and lightning bolt tattoos over his eyes. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. After being downloaded by King Dedede, he, along with his two friends, came to the rebuilt Dedede Academy school for all the Cappy kids. Later, all three got humiliated and insulted by Tiff, who had learned self-defense from Meta Knight, and they were knocked out and unconscious, which looked like they were dead. But, Tiff was teary-eyed and felt bad for humiliating them and insulting them when she was supposed to tame them. After giving a speech and being about to retire her teaching duties, she was stopped by Dedede who said that her speech was great and that she should continue teaching. However, since Tiff's back was turned, a purple rope, which was really Kirk's purple mohawk, appeared and constricted around her body. Smirk, Kirk, and Dirk were back in business, having merged together to form MT2. Dirk is MT2's bottom head, which is used by him as a propeller.

Kirk

Appearance: Episode 67

Kirk (Yota in Japanese) is a rock and roll looking teenage monster who is always causing trouble at the Dedede Academy school, as are his friends Dirk and Smirk. He wears purple headphones, a blue vest and a dark red shirt, a gold necklace that he also uses as nunchuks, blue sunglasses, and blue shoes, and has a purple mohawk. He has two pairs of purple stripes on his cheeks. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. His ability to use his mohawk also comes in handy for him. After being downloaded by Dedede, he, along with his two friends, came to the rebuilt Dedede Academy school for all the Cappy kids. Later, all three got humiliated and insulted by Tiff, who had learned self-defense from Meta Knight, and they were knocked out and unconscious, which looked like they were dead. But, Tiff was teary-eyed and felt bad for humiliating them and insulting them when she was supposed to tame them. After giving a speech and being about to retire her teaching duties, she was stopped by Dedede who said that her speech was great and that she should continue teaching. However, since Tiff's back was turned, a purple rope, which was really Kirk's purple mohawk, appeared and constricted around her body. Smirk, Kirk, and Dirk were back in business, having merged together to form MT2. While Kirk is MT2's middle head, his mohawk is moved to the top head, which is Smirk's head.

Smirk

Appearance: Episode 67

Smirk (Bancho in Japanese) is a bulldog-looking monster dressed in a black shirt, blue shoes, red wristbands, a red torn vest with spiked shoulderbands, and a red army general's hat. He is the leader of the group that includes him and his two friends Dirk and Kirk, who, like him, are always having fun causing trouble at the Dedede Academy school. He has scars next to his eyes. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. He has amazing strength that was shown when he tossed a few chairs, desks, and papers around. After being downloaded by Dedede, he, along with his two friends, came to the rebuilt Dedede Academy school for all the Cappy kids. Later, all three got humiliated and insulted by Tiff, who had learned self-defense from Meta Knight, and they were knocked out and unconscious, which looked like they were dead. But, Tiff was teary-eyed and felt bad for humiliating them and insulting them when she was supposed to tame them. After giving a speech and being about to retire her teaching duties, she was stopped by Dedede who said that her speech was great and that she should continue teaching. However, since Tiff's back was turned, a purple rope, which was really Kirk's purple mohawk, appeared and constricted around her body. Smirk, Kirk, and Dirk were back in business, having merged together to form MT2. Smirk is MT2's top head.

MT2

Appearance: Episode 67

MT2 (Yotagureban or School Gang Leader in Japanese) is a three-headed monster that closely resembles the Knight chess piece. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. He speaks using Smirk's voice and is capable of spewing out school supplies. He appeared when Dirk, Kirk, and Smirk fused together not long after Tiff's speech after she humiliated and insulted them through the self-defense that Meta Knight had taught to her, without her knowing it. With her back turned, a purple rope, which wasn't really a rope but Kirk's purple mohawk, appeared out of nowhere and constricted around her body. In fact, that purple mohawk of Kirk's also belonged to MT2, whom Dirk, Kirk, and Smirk had fused together to become. Dirk is MT2's bottom head which is used by him as a propeller, Kirk is his middle head in which his mohawk, which is used by him as a whip, is moved to Smirk, who is his top head. Using Smirk's voice, MT2 said that all three of them who had fused together did so to get revenge on Tiff for humiliating and insulting them, but in order to get to Tiff they had to get through Kirby first. Kirby inhaled the school supplies that MT2 spewed out and became Fighter Kirby, and landed his first few hits on the three-headed monster. Of course, Tiff wasn't the only one who had problems with MT2; Kirby had some problems as well, especially when after Kirby landed a few more hits on the monster he used Kirk's mohawk to whip the hero into an electric fence that the King and Escargoon had activated when everybody moved outside from the classroom. MT2 blocked some more of Kirby's attacks, constricted Kirk's mohawk around Kirby's body, slammed him into the ground a few times, and threw him at the fence again, but Kirby stopped before he hit it and knocked it down with a few Vulcan Jabs. MT2 came charging at Kirby again only to be defeated with Kirby's Rising Break, after which he landed and everyone got away in time for him to explode and take out the whole school with him.

Delivery Man

Appearance: Episode 68

The Delivery Man is a robotic monster who rides a motorcycle with hidden features, including one where he opens up its front to reveal a missile-firing cannon. He has a visor with a built-in lock-on-targeting system, and is also good at making super-fast deliveries thanks to the speed of his motorcycle, which he handles very well. He was delivered to Dedede who wanted his own delivery dude so there wouldn't be any more mess-ups. He made many fast deliveries and tried to ruin Kawasaki's restaurant by taking the food to the people who didn't order them through Dedede faking his voice as those people. When he found Kirby, Tiff told him to run away, but Kirby was too slow to outrun him until Meta Knight sliced an engine off the delivery man's motorcycle, which Kirby inhaled to become Jet Kirby. The delivery man finally met his match when Kirby proved faster and stronger, successfully avoiding being hit by his extendable legs and the missiles from his cannon, and used Jet Cracker to blow the delivery man away.

Mole

Appearance: Episode 70

Mole is a mole as its name suggests, who wears a mask that comes complete with a red visor and a yellow drill that it uses to bore through anything. It possesses the traditional mole ability to burrow underground. It uses this ability to its advantage against enemies and is able to take them by surprise, and it catches them and drags them into the ground. It mainly attacks by batting its enemies with its paws. It was delivered to King Dedede, who ordered it up in case he and Escargoon "got in a jam" during their quest for Captain Kick's treasure, which was hidden in Captain Kick's cave. It made its way to the cave and surprised Kirby. Kirby tried inhaling it, but it proved too fast for him and started chasing him all over the place. Luckily, Tiff threw Kirby a mirror for him to inhale, in which he became Mirror Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby was easily able to defeat Mole by using Reflect Guard to block its bats with its paws, confusing it with his Mirror Body, repeatedly bonking it with his copies' wands, and then slicing it in half with Mirror Cut. In the Japanese version, Mole speaks using the word "Mogii".

Squishy

Appearance: Episode 73

Squishy is a large white squid that starts out as a cute little sushi squid with a similar appearance to his game incarnation. When he shows his true form, he attacks with purple sparks, as well as his tentacles. His attacks are based on those of the Master Green mini-boss in Kirby's Dream Land 2. When he first appeared, Kirby was about to eat him when he hiccuped on him thanks to the sweet potato he had already eaten before that. Suddenly, the sushi started to grow, and Kirby, Tiff, Tuff, and Tokkori ran out of Kirby's house as he came out following them, showing his true form. Afterwards, Squishy started to beat up on Kirby with his attacks, and Kirby's hiccups rendered him helpless against the monster. But Tokkori had an idea, and it was easy; all Kirby needed was a good scare and then the hiccups would be gone. Tiff took the time to figure out what Kirby's worst fears were, then she got it! She told Kirby that if he didn't get rid of the hiccups, he wouldn't be able to eat again, and that's when Kirby finally stopped hiccuping. Afterwards, Kirby was able to inhale Squishy's sparks and become Spark Kirby, and his sparks stopped Squishy's and pummeled the squid a few times. Squishy decided he had had enough and spun himself like a top into the air, but Kirby fired one more spark, which reached the nasty cephalopod and caused him to explode into a mess of sushi meat for the pink Star Warrior to enjoy.

Doctor Moro

Appearance: Episodes 75 and 76

Doctor Moro is a mad scientist who creates dinosaur-like monsters from other people's DNA. He is one of the few monsters capable of speech. He is voiced by Hiroshi Naka in the Japanese version and Darren Dunstan in the English dub. He was responsible for the appearances of all the dinosaurs made from the DNA of certain inhabitants of Dream Land, and even made his ultimate monster, Kirbysaurus. He was delivered to King Dedede to help him build Dino Kingdom, a dinosaur theme park. To do this, he enlisted the help of Tiff, Tuff, Professor Curio, and Kirby to help catch lizards since lizards are relatives of dinosaurs. That night, Moro disappeared, along with the newly-reborn dinosaurs that were in the eggs that they had placed in a glass container after giving birth to those eggs through the use of the lizard DNA, which had hatched. During a tour of Dino Kingdom, dinosaurs created from the the DNA of the people of Dream Land began to chase those people all over the theme park. Tiff suspected that Moro was behind it all, and she was right. When everybody arrived back at his laboratory to look for Kirby, who had been taken by Dedede and Escargoon, who had found out about Moro's plan, Moro introduced Kirbysaurus, who began chasing the people out of the laboratory to surround them with all the other dinosaurs that Moro had created, while Moro himself turned into some kind of mentally-unsound monster. When Crash Kirby used his Crash Fireball move on him and all of his dinosaurs, they all disappeared and left traces of themselves behind. It is unknown where Doctor Moro disappeared to after being hit by that attack.

Kirbysaurus

Appearance: Episode 76

Kirbysaurus is Doctor Moro's ultimate dinosaur, thus making him his strongest dinosaur. Kirbysaurus behaves in the same manner as his normal counterpart, except he takes orders from Moro himself. After being created and then introduced by Moro, who turned freaky afterwards, he chased the people out of the laboratory to surround them with all of the other dinosaurs made by Moro. Kirbysaurus inhaled when Moro ordered him to attack, and was about to swallow Kirby when the Warpstar that Tiff called came to his rescue. Dedede fed Kirbysaurus with a torch, transforming him into Fire Kirbysaurus, who blew fire at Kirby. Dedede then tossed a purple mass to the dinosaur, who didn't have time to eat it before Kirby did, thus transforming into Crash Kirby. Moro ordered Kirbysaurus to attack again, but his fire didn't affect Crash Kirby, who used his Crash Fireball move on Moro and all of his dinosaurs. Afterwards, they all disappeared and left traces of themselves behind. Kirbysaurus, of course, was the only dinosaur to not leave behind any bones, which is surprising. In the Japanese version, Kirbysaurus speaks using the word "Kaabii!"

Dinosaur Army

Appearance: Episodes 75 (D-Rex only) and 76

The Dinosaur Army is a huge army of dinosaurs created by Doctor Moro from the DNA of various inhabitants of Dream Land. It includes D-Rex, Escarsaurus (Gesukarsaurus in Japanese), Bookemsaurus (Borunsaurus in Japanese), Len-Saurus (a dinosaur of Mayor Blustergas), Mabelsaurus, Samosaurus, Tiffasaurus (Fumusaurus in Japanese), Tuffadactyl (Bun-Dactyl in Japanese), and Kawasaraptor. They all look very much like the people whose DNA they were created from. They started appearing and chasing their normal counterparts throughout Dino Kingdom not long after Moro's and his dinosaur hatchlings' mysterious disappearance. When Crash Kirby used his Crash Fireball move on Moro and all of his dinosaurs, they all disappeared and left traces of themselves behind. All of the dinosaurs made by Moro except for Kirbysaurus left their bones behind when they were hit by that move.

Paint Roller

Appearance: Episode 77

Paint Roller is a monster who possesses a regenerable paintbrush and a paint bucket unlike his game incarnation, who just carries a pencil. The pictures he paints literally come to life. He made his debut when he was delivered to King Dedede, who didn't care about fine art. He went to Dedede's newly-built art museum, where he went around messing with the paintings. He painted a picture of his customer, which came to life startling the real King. It attacked Kirby with a laser gun that Paint Roller also painted until Meta Knight saved him by burning it with a torch. After Kirby inhaled PR's paintbrush, he became Paint Kirby, and they dueled and dodged with their paintings, which can come to life, as well as their roller blades. Kirby eventually got the best of Paint Roller with a painted missile of his, which homed in on the monster and his painted bomb, causing a massive, messy paint explosion that took out the entire art museum and splattered paint all over Kirby in the process.

Red Viper

Appearance: Episode 80

Red Viper (Akamamujii in Japanese) is the 15th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a large green snake with a muscular upper half of its body with arms. It wears a red basketball player's outfit and red sunglasses, and attacks its enemies by dribbling them like basketballs, repeatedly smacking them from both sides with both of its hands, whacking them with its tail, and swallowing them whole. It was sent by the Salesguy to find Kirby, and when he told it to go get him, it agreed with a roar. It found Kirby, of course, and chased after Tiff and Tuff, who were carrying him. It made an attack where it lands with its tail and causes an earthquake that sends victims flying, knocking the kids out of its way before proceeding to pummel Kirby with its moves. Tiff called forth the Warpstar, but Kirby was too weak from drinking the Power-Down E to handle it and was almost swallowed by the monster when Chef Kawasaki tossed his stamina stew, which was brewed from a mixture of his food and the Pumped-Up D, to the pink Star Warrior. After swallowing it, Kirby grew strong again and slammed the viper around. He got on the Warpstar, this time, was strong enough to handle it again, and carried the viper through the sky. It tried to smack Kirby from both sides with its hands again, but ended up smacking its own tail and whimpering in pain. After being twirled around by Kirby a bit and then being thrown into the sun's surface, Red Viper was done for.

Trash Basher

Appearance: Episode 81

Trash Basher (Duston in Japanese) is the 14th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a walking trash can with red eyes who spews disgusting garbage all over everywhere it goes that Kirby is not willing to eat up since he knows that it, like earlier monster Belly Buster's pies, would taste awful. It doesn't have an unlimited supply of garbage to spew, however, but it also spews disgusting littered liquid. When King Dedede sent all the trash that he had been littering his own castle with to Nightmare's Fortress after which he told the Salesguy that unless he got rid of the garbage, he refused to buy any more monsters from him ever again, the salesman got an idea inspired by that, and sent Trash Basher to fill up all of Dream Land with mountains of rubbish. Of course, Dedede saw this, and sicked Kirby on it. But Kirby was trashed by some of its trash and chased by the monster with its attacks until he was cornered. Then Meta Knight showed up with a broom and gave it to Kirby to inhale in which he became Cleaning Kirby. Kirby easily blocked TB's trash attacks until the garbageman ran out of garbage to spew, then dust-bombed it, and finally destroyed it with one more blow from his broom.

SlicerDicer

Appearance: Episode 82

SlicerDicer (Ryourigaa Z in Japanese) is the 13th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a robot made up of different food processors which can combine together. It attacks by sucking in ingredients and mixing them into yummy food to spew at its opponent for him/her to eat it before smacking it with its hands. It also surprisingly dribbles its opponent like a basketball like earlier monster Red Viper did. It is controlled from its cockpit by its customer. It was sent to King Dedede in the form of all the food processors before its combined form. He, knowing that the Cappy men wanted to learn how to cook, sold these food processors to them all, and soon they competed in an all-guy cooking contest, not knowing that the food processors they were using were really parts of the robot SlicerDicer. As soon as Kirby showed up with the last food processor, Dedede took this opportunity to activate the food processors' combination to form SlicerDicer itself. The King and Escargoon climbed into its cockpit and used its abilities to pummel Kirby, who couldn't stop eating, and chase after the poor people of Dream Land, until Meta Knight stabbed SD's foot with his Galaxia sword, causing electricity to flow out of it, which Kirby inhaled to become Spark Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby moved inside the robot and electrocuted it from the inside, causing it to explode. That was the end of SlicerDicer.

Nekketsu

Appearance: Episode 83

Nekketsu is the 12th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. He is also the last Dedede Academy school monster, with Teacher Creature being the first, and Dirk, Kirk, and Smirk/MT2 being the second. He is dressed in a pink shirt with a green necktie and wears a purple business suit over it that has a red-and-white yin-yang on its back. He wears blue shoes, white gloves, and a red-and-white headband, and has grey hair and yellow eyes. Surprisingly, he looks a lot like Andross from various Star Fox games. He is skilled in the art of the samurai, using a bokken for battle, plus, he has quite an attitude. He also has a beam sword he can make whenever he loses his bokken, which is similar to the beam swords in the Super Smash Bros. series He was sent by Nightmare to deal with Kirby, since Mr. Chip wasn't up to doing anything to hurt his students. Dedede threw a smoke bomb and it exploded, revealing Nekketsu. Nekketsu then proceeded to beat the stuffing out of Kirby with his bokken and chase him with it, but as they moved outside from the classroom via window, the monster teacher clumsily slipped and fell, dropping his bokken in the process. Kirby took this opportunity to inhale the bokken and become Sword Kirby. Then Nekketsu made his beam sword, and the two clashed with each other in a swordfight, moving to the top of the Dedede Academy school building. Nekketsu eventually faced the music when Kirby used his Sword Beam twice on him, once he successfully blocked with his sword, but the second time he ended up getting sliced in half with his beam sword being broken when he tried to block it again. His explosion took out the entire school with him like Teacher Creature's and MT2's did.

Mumbies

Appearance: Episode 84

Mumbies is the 11th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. Actually, there are multiple Mumbies, and they are hidden in jars all over planets all over the universe. Each Mumbies has a mission; to find and assassinate Star Warriors by eating them or blasting them. Mumbies attack their victims by biting them, ramming them, and shooting black lightning at them. They also have the power to hypnotize their victims with their glowing eyes, which can glow blue and make their victims' eyes glow blue as well. However, every Mumbies has a weakness; it is vulnerable to the light from the sun, unlike its game incarnation, which is surprising since game Mumbies seem unaffected by the daylight. The Mumbies that is the 11th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby was hidden in a jar in Dream Land, which King Dedede tricked Professor Curio into digging up. According to a book found in Curio's shop, whoever found Mumbies would become rich, but it turned out to be fanon when Meta Knight revealed that Dedede wrote the book to fool the Cappies. Mumbies attacked Kirby for at least two nights. The first night, it scared the Cappies before doing so, and followed Kirby to Kabu Canyon. It didn't have time to finish its job before the sun rised, so it hurried back to the shop leaving Kirby to land safely on the ground to hear Kabu tell him to be more careful as Mumbies will not stop attacking him. The second night, Mumbies followed Kirby through Cappy Town and the watermelon patch, and Kirby actually faced to fight it, but it started to hypnotize him. Kirby actually also inhaled Mumbies twice, but none of the times was he able to get any abilities from him. This is strange since the game incarnation of Mumbies cannot be inhaled. Then Dedede showed up and dumbly threw a Mumbies-disguised bomb at Kirby, which he inhaled to become Bomb Kirby. Tiff called out the Warpstar, and after throwing a barrage of bombs at the monster, which dodged them all, Kirby tricked it into biting it and held on to it long enough for the sun to rise and its light to fry it and cause beams to come out of it, making it look like it was going to explode. Afterwards, Mumbies actually disintegrated instead of exploding, leaving Kirby unharmed.

Ozone Hole Monster

Appearance: Episode 85

The Ozone Hole Monster is the 10th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a cool-looking glowy dragon/eel-like creature living in a hole in the ozone layer, who breathes ultraviolet rays to attack. They even scorched the Warpstar's surface! It is also capable of healing any damaged segments, unless attacked rapidly. The ozone hole it lives in was created from a bunch of air conditioners to the Cappies by King Dedede, who received them from the Salesguy. When Tiff, Tuff, Kirby, and Meta Knight saw that the cause of it being so hot out that no one could go under the sun was that hole in the ozone layer and dropped a bomb in the center of Cappy Town, which contained a message that warned about Dream Land about to be seared by UV rays, Tiff called out the Warpstar, and as Kirby rode up to "patch up that hole before it gets too big to fix", that's when the Ozone Hole Monster appeared. Its UV rays scorched the Warpstar's surface, as explained before, but Tiff threw the engine for the hot-air balloon she and her crew were riding in to Kirby, who inhaled it to become Jet Kirby. However, Kirby didn't realize that just ramming through it once wasn't enough to defeat it since it could heal itself, so Kirby withdrew his Jet ability and needed to think of another plan. Luckily, Dedede dumbly shot a cannonball at Kirby, which he inhaled to become Bomb Kirby. After being bombarded with Kirby's rapid assault of bombs, the Ozone Hole Monster disappeared along with the ozone hole it was living in, and the weather was back to normal.

Ebifuryaa

Appearance: Episode 86

Ebifuryaa is the 9th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a mixture of a lobster and a chicken nugget with a single eye. It attacks with its claws and also breathes fire to attack. This monster is a good reason why normal ingredients are not good to mix with ingredients from Nightmare Enterprises. It appeared after King Dedede took a bite out of Chef Nagoya's recipe, Shrimp Nagoya, brewed from a mixture of a chicken nugget and a lobster. Ebifuryaa then proceeded to lay the smackdown on Kirby until Tiff gave Kirby a ladle to inhale, after which he became Cook Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby easily defeated the monster by blocking its fire streams and actually deflecting one of them back at it, burning it and causing its whole body to explode into a blithering mess.

Maimaigon

Appearance: Episode 88

Maimaigon is a monster that Escargoon turned into when he bought a new shell as a replacement for the one that King Dedede cracked open because he wanted to get a peek at what his sidekick was hiding under his shell, though Escargoon has nothing underneath his shell but his body itself, and put that new shell on only to see that it was a trick shell, and that's how he came to transform into Maimaigon. It is the 8th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a robotic snail-like monster with horns on its shell. Its face is shown in the opening in its shell, which is really not much except for its glowing green-and-white eyes and its extendable purple tongue. It attacks with its tongue as well as the electricity it fires from its bendable horns. After Maimaigon's appearance, it zapped everybody left and right and was about to use its tongue to eat Kirby when King Dedede, Tiff, and Tuff, had an idea, and they threw him the King's hammer, which Kirby inhaled to become Hammer Kirby. Afterwards, Kirby whacked it a few times, realizing that normal whacks just weren't enough to penetrate it. But the pink Star Warrior had other ideas, so he want far from it, dodged every of its bolts of electricity, spun with his hammer, and threw it at Maimaigon. This time, the hammer hit it hard enough to crack its shell and cause it to explode and revert back to Escargoon.

Anige

Appearance: Episode 89

Anige is the 7th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby, and also one of the few monsters capable of speech. He is a tall, mechanical stand with a computer for a head and floating gloves. He has several spark-firing orbs surrounding him and carries a controller in both of his gloves, which he uses to control his victims as long as the orbs he put on them while under the guise of the famous animator, Dis Walney, stay on them. He has a green face with a white eye with a purple pupil. His mechanical moustache attached to the bottom of his head's front acts as his mouth, and he wears a red artist's hat, which is bigger than but similar to Dis Walney's hat. He was delivered to King Dedede under the Dis Walney disguise. Tiff was excited to meet the famous animator. But during a better version of the "Dedede: Comin' at Ya!" show he was creating for the King which featured him as the star and Kirby as the bad guy, which was going to be 3-D, Tiff suspected that it wasn't the real Dis Walney. And as soon as she rushed him, after which a red spark appeared in front of him and shoved and knocked her backward and down on her back, she was right! The Dis Walney impostor revealed his true identity as Anige, who then proceeded to control Dedede and Kirby until the orbs came off of the pink Star Warrior. Afterwards, Kirby inhaled the orbs and became Spark Kirby, and Kirby's sparks overpowered Anige in two hits, destroying him and all of the orbs surrounding him.

Fang

Appearance: Episodes 90 and 91

Fang (Beat in Japanese) is one of the 6th-to-last monsters Nightmare sent on Kirby. The proof is shown when he transforms into Wheelie. He is equipped with a mace that he uses to whack his enemies with. He has an ugly face, purple hair and constantly almost-closed eyes, and wears a red shirt and pants, a purple cape, spiked wristbands, and a Spartan helmet. He is also one of the few monsters capable of speech. His English dub voice sounds very much like Malice/Mars (a.k.a. Scar Face/Eskara) from Ultimate Muscle, and Don Krieg from One Piece, though Marc Thompson, the actor who does both of those voices, is not on the voice credits for the Kirby anime. He rides a purple motorcycle, which bears a striking resemblance to a Rex Wheelie from Kirby Air Ride, as do Rip's and Turbo's. His motorcycle has many hidden features, which include the spikes hidden in its tire. He is the leader of his gang and tells his two friends Rip and Turbo what to do. Interestingly, Gus was also a member of Fang's gang, but after Steppenwolf bested Fang for the first time and reminded Gus that riding motorcycles was about freedom rather than breaking rules and picking on people, the former biker and currently gas station owner swore that he'd never ride again. Years later, Fang and his boys showed up in Cappy Town looking for Steppenwolf. While Kirby destroyed Rip and Turbo by causing them to crash by blocking their sight while riding on the Warpstar that Tiff had called out as they and their leader were racing with Gus through a canyon, Fang survived and attended a race being held by King Dedede which was between Fang and his opponents, which were Kirby, Mayor Len Blustergas, Chief Bookem, and Samo. Gus was to compete in the race, too, but he was dragged to King Dedede's castle dungeon, so Gengu took his place. Fang easily bested Len, Bookem, Samo, and Gengu, but Gus took Gengu's place and was determined to settle the score with his former friend. Then Steppenwolf, who was really Melman, roared into the Dedede Speedway and bested Fang again. But Fang had more tricks up his sleeve, and transformed into Wheelie. After Wheelie was buried in the rubble that came from the collapsing speedway stadium, Fang was nowhere to be seen.

Rip

Appearance: Episode 90

Rip (Accelerator in Japanese) is one of the 6th-to-last monsters Nightmare sent on Kirby. He has red hair and wears a sleeveless vest, purple pants, purple sunglasses, a mask over his mouth and not anything else on his face, and a spartan helmet. He has a pig tattoo on his left arm. He is also one of the few monsters capable of speech. He is voiced by Mizuki Saitou in the Japanese version. He rides a yellow motorcycle, which bears a striking resemblance to a Rex Wheelie from Kirby Air Ride, as do Turbo's and Fang's. He showed up in Cappy Town along with Fang and Turbo looking for Steppenwolf, and while they were racing with Gus through a canyon, he and Turbo were destroyed by Kirby, who blocked their sights and caused them to crash their motorcycles.

Turbo

Appearance: Episode 90

Turbo is one of the 6th-to-last monsters Nightmare sent on Kirby. He is also one of the few monsters capable of speech. He wears black pants with a black sleeveless shirt and a brown sleeveless chestplate, black wristbands, orange sunglasses, and a green Spartan helmet. He has a brown moustache and his face appears to look like that of a mouse. He rides a green motorcycle, which bears a striking resemblance to a Rex Wheelie from Kirby Air Ride, as do Fang's and Rip's. He showed up in Cappy Town along with Fang and Rip looking for Steppenwolf, and while they were racing with Gus through a canyon, he and Rip were destroyed by Kirby, who blocked their sights and caused them to crash their motorcycles.

Wheelie

Appearance: Episode 91

Wheelie is a monster that Fang transformed into after being bested by Steppenwolf, the very Steppenwolf he and his gang were looking for, a second time. He uses the same appearance as the Wheelie helper in Kirby Super Star and the Wheelie Bike in Kirby Air Ride. After seeing him, Kirby inhaled one of the tires and became Wheel Kirby when Tiff told him to, and proved fast, strong, and smart enough to outrun and outsmart Wheelie. Even the tricks Dedede loaded into the speedway weren't enough to help Wheelie best Kirby, as Wheelie was not very bright. Eventually he crashed and landed right on top of the gold Dedede statue in the middle of the stadium for the Dedede Speedway, causing it to collapse into a mountain of rubble that buried Wheelie.

Fryclops

Appearance: Episode 92

Fryclops (Mou Takusan in Japanese) is the 5th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. He is dressed in a red Chinese chef's outfit with black rims, a red-and-green hat with a small yellow ball of fluff on top of it, an apron, and orange shoes. He carries a ladle and a frying pan and has a brown moustache and a single white eye with a green pupil. He has a single tooth in his mouth. He jumps around cooking up meals for surrounding people to enjoy, though the food he makes isn't as good as Kirby's, and also attacks with his cooking utensils. He is also one of the few monsters capable of speech. Since the next monsters after him don't say much, this makes him one of the last monsters able to speak our language. He is voiced by Mizuki Saitou in the Japanese version and Sean Schemmel in the English dub using the same dub voice as Helmeppo from One Piece. He was sent to King Dedede when his Waddle Dees were revolting against him for not giving them enough chow, and made the meals to get them under control. Soon, Kirby, after becoming Cook Kirby, competed with Fryclops in a cooking contest, with Kirby being victorious because his food tasted a lot better than those of Fryclops, plus, it was healthier. Then the two battled it out in a duel where Kirby came rushing at his cooking enemy only to be steamed on his bottom with the monster's black frying pan, but then threw his own in there and then smacked the monster chef's face right into his own black frying pan, and when they clashed in mid-air, Kirby smacked Fryclops with his frying pan, frying him and causing him to explode.

Chuckie

Appearance: Episode 93

Chuckie is the 4th-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. He appears as a jack-in-the box with a purple head that has a goofy-looking face. He attacks by head-butting, ramming, popping out on, jumping on, and swinging around for successive strikes on his enemies. Chuckie is also capable of changing his face to make it more evil and maniacal-looking. Interestingly, with his goofy face, Chuckie in the anime looks similar to his cousin Hurly from Kirby's Dream Land, the very same game that Chuckie originates from. He was brought to Kirby as a wrapped gift by Waddle Doo during his fake funeral which was held not long after he fell for King Dedede's harmless prank with an exploding watermelon. As Kirby opened the box, Chuckie's head popped out, hitting the pink hero and taking him by surprise. Chuckie proceeded to pummel Kirby until the pink puff inhaled, managing to inhale Buttercup's umbrella and transform into Parasol Kirby. Kirby then wiped the floor with Chuckie using a Parasol Swing, followed by a Parasol Roll, a Parasol Chute, and finally a Parasol Drill, which caused Chuckie to explode into a blithering mess.

Monster School

Appearance: Episode 94/96

No, your eyes are not deceiving you. The monster school is a place where all of Nightmare's creations go to school to learn how to be mean and scary. It is shown in four different classes; the flower class, the star class, the moon class, and the snow class, all of which, according to the NME Salesman, strive to be the top stars. The students here shown in this episode are as follows; Dogon, Poppy Bros. Jr., Boomer, Hot Head, Doka, Yaban, Poppy Bros. Sr., Mr. Frosty, Whiskers, and Jukido, all being trained by four Pierre-look-alikes headed by the monster Whippy himself. It is known as the Demon Beast School in the Japanese version.

Whippy

Appearance: Episode 94/96

Whippy (Hittei in the Japanese version) is the 3rd-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby, and also the head of the Monster School. He appears to be a psycho clown who attacks with a whip that he carries around as his name suggests, and juggles bottles as well as balls and spiked balls as he watches his opponent get bashed around much to his amusement. He is also considered an excellent hypnotist, being able to brainwash other people into doing his evil bidding by electrifying them with red bolts of electricity flowing from his whip. He was delivered to King Dedede to help tame Phan Phan when he wanted a solution to his problem with the gentle-hearted elephant. He tested his whip on Escargoon, and Dedede liked his style. So he hitched a ride with them in their car to the pond that Phan Phan was playing with its friends in. Whippy appeared and pulled Phan Phan out of the pond and turned it evil it with the electricity in his whip. The brainwashed Phan Phan then proceeded to beat the stuffing out of Kirby with the endless supply of spiked balls it kept throwing at him while being ridden on by Whippy. Kirby tried to fight back as Tiff told him to, but it was just too fast and strong for him to do so, which almost made her teary-eyed. Luckily, Meta Knight showed up and told Kirby to inhale one of its spiked balls, and he became Throw Kirby. Kirby then dodged both of their attacks, but ended up letting Whippy's whip constrict around his left foot and slammed into the ground a few times. But, Kirby soon untangled the whip around his left foot, inhaled Whippy and grabbed him, and tossed him a few times, and finally used his Tornado Throw to throw the clown out of Popstar. In the Japanese version, he says his own name.

Demon Frog

Appearance: Episode 95/97

Demon Frogs (Devil Frog in Japanese) are cute-looking little frogs often signified by their orange eyes and purple bat-like wings. They go into their victims' bodies and possess them, giving them their little wings and turning their eyes nasty and glowing red with a lack of pupils. Then, those who were possessed by Demon Frogs go breaking and stealing everything they can. They, however, have a natural enemy of their own, which is the giant Heavy Anaconda. They are voiced by Yuko Mizutani in the Japanese version. One was downloaded by King Dedede who didn't consider it a monster, and then it attacked Escargoon, scaring him, and then hopped away. The next day Kirby was playing with butterflies when he spotted one on a pond near his house. He had a talk with the frog, and it leaped on his head and possessed him from there. The crimes the Demon Frog he was possessed by from within him caused began with him dirtying the laundry that Hana was putting away and covering her in it, then he moved on and broke everything inside Professor Curio's shop, then smashed his way into Tuggle's convenience store with a hammer and broke everything inside it, then broke Mabel's crystal ball, and so on. He was later seen crashing Mayor Len's car into Gus' gas station and destroying both in a massive explosion. Then Kirby went to Kawasaki's restaurant and wrecked the place. Dedede went to confront Kirby only to be scared by his newly-gained evil appearance. Kirby chased after him and Escargoon with their own limousine, and crashed it into Chief Bookem's house destroying both in another massive explosion. Afterwards, that night later, Kirby went on to take the attack to King Dedede's castle. He beat up on every single Waddle Dee he could, when Tiff, Tuff, Meta Knight, Dedede, and Escargoon showed up. Kirby beat up on the King until Tiff told him to leave him alone, and Kirby was unpossessed, but not for long. Kirby continued the beat-up until Tiff told him to knock it off again, causing him to be unpossessed again. This gave Dedede an opportunity to take the Demon Frog off his head with some tape he had gotten his hands on, and he placed it on the back of his head. The frog possessed Dedede, causing him and his muscles to grow huge and show fangs in his mouth. Dedede, possessed by the Demon Frog, then proceeded to beat the stuffing out of Kirby. He was about to finish him off with a hit from his hammer, when Heavy Anaconda, who was downloaded to the castle, showed up in front of him, causing the Demon Frog to disappear from within Dedede. In the Japanese version, the Demon Frog speaks using the word "gero", while the English dub replaces the way it speaks in the Japanese version with traditional frog croaks.

Heavy Anaconda

Appearance: Episode 95/97

Heavy Anaconda is the 2nd-to-last monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. It is a huge brown anaconda with pale yellow circles on its body. It has a pale yellow belly and pale yellow eyes with white pupils. It is best known for being a natural predator for Demon Frogs and those currently possessed by them, and specializes in gobbling up its victims whole. Heavy Anaconda was downloaded to the castle to help put the squeeze on Kirby and gobble him up while he was possessed by one of the Demon Frogs. However, it showed up too late as Kirby was already free from the frog's possession. Dedede, who was possessed by the Demon Frog that he took off of Kirby's head with some tape and placed on the back of his own, had beaten up on Kirby with his muscles and was about to finish him off with a hit from his hammer when the anaconda showed up in front of him, causing the Demon Frog to disappear from inside him. The anaconda then swallowed the King, and then turned to face Kirby and the group, and chased them throughout the castle. Meta Knight, however, had other ideas, and got Tiff to call the Warpstar. Kirby jumped on the Warpstar that came to his rescue by smacking the anaconda from the front and then flying to Kirby so he could get on it, and MK gave Tiff a torch which she threw to Kirby, who inhaled it to become Fire Kirby. Kirby then tricked the anaconda into wrapping its own coils around one of the castle towers and it was stuck and couldn't move, which gave Kirby an opportunity to pummel it with a Burning Attack, followed by a Fireball spin attack, causing it to light on fire and fall to the ground while burning Dedede in the process. From the fire it was burned by, the anaconda's whole body turned completely black, signifying that it was defeated. With Heavy Anaconda defeated, it was only a matter of time until Kirby and co. would be battling Nightmare himself as well as armies of Destrayers, Air Riders, and the next and final monster that Nightmare would send on Kirby, Heavy Lobster. Heavy Anaconda is considered one of the most popular villains in the Kirby anime.

Heavy Lobster

Appearance: Episode 99 and Kirby: Fright to the Finish!!

Heavy Lobster is one of Nightmare Enterprises' most powerful monsters, and, as a matter of fact, the final monster Nightmare sent on Kirby. Unlike its game counterpart, which shoots blobs of paint, fireballs, and mini-versions of itself, it shoots lasers, which are powerful enough to burn metal until it's weak enough for HL to break through. It also attacks with its claws. It has nearly-impenetrable armor like Masher 2.0, which can withstand many attacks, but, surprisingly, can't withstand the cold. It uses the same roar as the Pukey Flower, the Ice Dragon, and Kirisakin in the Japanese version when it grunts. It was sent to Battleship Halberd via capsule that Nightmare had prepared as a surprise for Kirby, Meta Knight, and their crew, and that the Salesguy had set. Kit Cosmos was training Mayor Len, Mabel, and Chief Bookem, and that's when Heavy Lobster struck. It attacked the Cappies and the sergeant reported the sight of the monster. Two teams were sent to get it, with Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby in one and Sword Knight and Blade Knight in the other. Both of the teams had problems with it, but Chef Kawasaki gave Kirby his frying pan to inhale in which he became Cook Kirby. But Meta Knight stated that HL was mechanical and that Cook Kirby couldn't stop it, and he was right. After Cook Kirby failed to destroy Heavy Lobster and got his Cook ability knocked out of him, Sword Knight and Blade Knight took another shot and fired, though still not hurting the monster since the first and previous blast on it didn't even phase it and everyone got away. HL burned and broke through the metal gates and managed to break King Dedede and Escargoon out of their jail cell that Chief Bookem had locked them up in. But Dedede said he didn't want any more monsters, which caused the monster to attack them. It was next headed straight for the engine room that it followed Kirby and the gang to, and since Sword's bazooka still didn't hurt it, it looked like nothing, not even Kirby, could stand in HL's way, until Kawasaki showed up again, this time, he had another wonderful idea, and tossed Kirby plenty of ice cubes to inhale. Kirby did so, and became Ice Kirby, and blew ice at the lobster, causing it to freeze since its armor wasn't strong enough to withstand Kirby's cold breath, and Sword Knight finished it off with one more blast from his bazooka.

N.M.E. Combatants

Appearance: Various episodes The N.M.E. Combatants serve as soldiers for Nightmare Enterprises' army, which is sometimes referred to as the Nightmare Battalion. There are many different kinds of N.M.E. Combatants, including the mini-monsters that appear in Episodes 2 and 40/37, the chess piece-like monsters you see in Episode 3, the Kaiju-esque monsters you see in many episodes that involve Meta Knight's flashbacks, which also appear in Episodes 31/30 and 65, the unnamed monster spirits you see in the Japanese opening for Episodes 72-100, and Destrayers and Air Riders. The Kaiju-esque monsters appear to be the main monsters in Nightmare's arsenal and are widely recognized for participating in the war between NME and the Star Warriors, which of course ended in their favor.

Captain Stitch

Appears only in the pilot anime. Captain Stitch is a monster that was a mini-boss in Kirby's Dream Land 2 and 3.

Meta Knight

Appearance: Pilot anime

Appears with a much different role in the Pilot anime. Kirby inhales Captain Stitch and spits him out at MK. Interestingly, the pilot anime incarnation of Meta Knight seems to have expression, unlike many of his other incarnations, especially the one in the anime's final version.

Dark Matter
