Lincoln Ware
Lincoln Ware (born April 1950) is the most popular African American radio/tv talk show host in Cincinnati, Ohio. Talkers Magazine rank Ware 65th in their popular 2007 "Heavy Hundred" most important radio talk show host in America. Lincoln’s loyal, devoted stable of listeners, characters and chronies keep the phones busy with hot topics and opinions weekdays from 10am - 1pm on 1230 WDBZ, "the Buzz".
Most callers/listeners consider Ware knowledgeable; Others think he's helpful; A few think he's a pain; and just a couple think he's a sell out. However EVERYONE knows Lincoln Ware, aka "The Man of Power", is entertaining!
Currently Lincoln hosts a local morning television program on WBQC called "Lincoln Ware Live!" Every week he has guests from around Cincinnati talk about local events and concerns along with answering calls from the public. The show airs from 10:00am to 11:00 am on Saturday with a repeat airing on channel WOTH at 8:00 pm on Sunday.
