Located on Little Road where I-20 & Hwy 287 meet in Arlington, Lincoln Court is only minutes from sports and entertainment venues such as the Texas Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags Over Texas, and the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

The 158,000 square foot shopping center that has visibility to freeway traffic was originally developed in 1984. Surrounding major retailers include Wal-Mart Supercenter, Albertsons, Kroger, Office Depot, and Sears Outlet.In a joint venture, NetCo Investments, Inc., and Columbus Pacific Properties acquired Lincoln Court in 2007. The new ownership is bringing Lincoln Court into the 21st century, with a new look and a prominent presence on the internet. The distinct colors of red, brown and tan have been incorporated throughout the new Lincoln Court. From the new parking lot lights, new paint, colorful new awnings, trademark logo and strong presence on social media websites, Lincoln Court is making a name for itself as the place to be in Arlington.

Tenants

Lincoln Court is a family-oriented shopping center. Anchored by a LA Fitness gym, the shopping center is comprised of retail, dining and service-oriented tenants.

Many of the center’s tenants cater specifically to children, including Chelsea’s Tearoom & Boutique as well as Metro Karate and Dance Workshop, which combined have over 900 students enrolled.

Lincoln Court also has a wide variety of specialty shops such as The True Percula, which carries a broad selection of salt and freshwater fish; and The Kitchen Store that sells cooking and bakeware items as well as provides in-store cooking classes.

Lincoln Court offers many dining selections, many of which have been nominated by the Star-Telegram's Reader's Choice Awards including No Frills Grill & Sports Bar and Molly's Burgers. Corky’s Brick Oven Pizzeria offers gourment pizza baked in a traditional brick oven; in addition,Cheddar’s offers families a traditional American style menu that includes lunch and dinner.

Community

Lincoln Court Shopping Center is committed to giving back to the Arlington community. When the center was acquired in 2007, the new ownership awarded a $1,000 scholarship to an Arlington High School Senior. In addition, throughout the year, Lincoln Court holds various community events including canned food drives, fundraisers and seasonal/holiday activities.

Lincoln Court works with local churches and non-profit organizations, providing space within the center to hold meetings and special events. In addition, Lincoln Court is a resource to local business owners by providing relevant news and information through its Lincoln Court Shopping Center blog and website.
