Lily Fu Swenson

Lily Fu is the Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department Of the Treasury. Ms. Fu most recently served as a Deputy Associate Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice. Prior to her government service, Ms. Fu was an equity partner in the Washington, D.C. office of the international law firm Mayer Brown.

Ms. Fu received her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her J.D., cum laude, from the Minnesota Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Following law school, Ms. Fu was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael Stephen Kanne, a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
