Liaria

Liaria is a fictional planet of Power Rangers.

The planet Liaria is the home planet of the Liarian race. It is a brownish planet consisting of one large land mass with a smattering of seas and lakes across it's surface.

Liaria is home to large temperate forests and has a much cooler atmosphere than the Earth's. The planet's ecosystem is fairly undamaged since Liarian technology remain fairyly primitive and thus few pollutants have been released into the atmosphere.

Liarians are a short, hairy and stocky race. They are a peaceful race with a technology level similar to the medieval ages of Earth. Liarians are descended from ancient liarian wizards that were responsible for sealing away Maligore on the Muiranthias on Earth. Lerigot is a direct descendant of those wizards. Liarians are telepathic among their fellow Liarians and can hear and communicate, their thoughts, over great distances. Liarians can not stand being in hot temperatures for extended periods of time.

Divatox, a space pirate, came to Liaria in order to capture the wizard Lerigot to free Maligore.
