Legacybox

Legacybox is a Tennessee-based company that digitally converts consumer videotapes, camcorder tapes, VHS tapes, film reels, prints, and 35mm slides to cloud storage, thumb drive, or DVD, through a mail-in service.

The company was founded in 2009 as Southtree by Lee University housemates Adam Boeselager and Nick Macco. The Two launched the brand Legacybox in 2013 through a successful Kickstarter campaign.

Legacybox was named one of “America’s Fastest Growing Companies” by Inc. Magazine with 1,075% growth since launch. The company has also been called “Best Memory Keeper” by Good Housekeeping Magazine, “A Must Have” by ABC’s The View, and “My 2016 Resolution” by Rachael Ray Every Day Magazine and been featured in USA Today, The Huffington Post, and The Washington Post.

Legacybox, and their parent company Southtree, have 250,000 customers, digitized 2-million videos, and serve customers in both the USA and Canada. The company has 130 employees, two Tennessee based offices, and a 38,000 square foot production facility.
