Lee Trepanier
Lee David Trepanier is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Saginaw Valley State University. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and was raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He received his B.A. (1995) in Political Science and English Literature with a Minor in Russian Studies at Marquette University and his M.A. (2000) and Ph.D. (2001) in the Political Science at Louisiana State University.
Lee was an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Southern Utah University (2001-2005) before he was hired at Saginaw Valley State University. He has published Political Symbols in Russian History: Church, State, and the Quest for Order and Justice and edited Utah, Pluralism, and Democracy. His academic specialization is political philosophy, Russian politics, and Eric Voegelin.
