Leap Training
Leap Training is an Australian online training company headquartered in South Melbourne, Victoria. It currently provides nationally-accredited vocational training in the areas of business, community services, hospitality, retail services and warehousing operations.
History
Leap Training was founded in 2013 following a merger of Tasmania-based face-to-face training company HR Company (founded in 1997) and online training company Leap eLearning (founded in 2010). In 2014, former Australian rules footballer and Westpac executive Paul Licuria was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Courses
Leap Training provides pathways to employment through education, by providing vocational training in targeted industries. Its training is delivered through the company's unique internally-developed Learning Management System. A work placement phase is also a component of its nationally-accredited courses. In addition to its accredited courses, the company also offers a number of non-accredited short courses.
