Lean Assessment
A Lean Assessment is a continuous improvement tool used to perform an in-site diagnosis from any process based on key quality, labor, materials and performance indicators, resulting into an improvement opportunity portfolio for process owners. During the Lean Assessment session a Lean training is used to identify major potential improvement opportunities and assign resources for converting these opportunities into tangible continuous improvement projects. Finally it is important to remind that Lean Assessment is not a problem solving tool instead it is used to identify improvement opportunities at the process.
