Laxmipriya Lenka

Laxmi Priya Lenka (also spelled Laxmipriya Lenka; born 6 August 2003) is an Indian footballer who plays as a midfielder or forward for the Indian Women's League club Sesa Football Academy and the Odisha state team.

Club career

Lenka began her career in Odisha, playing for local clubs including Rising Student Club and Odisha Government Press (OGP). She later joined Nita Football Academy in Puri. In March 2025, she helped Nita Football Academy win the FAO Women's Inter-Club Futsal Championship, scoring in the semi-finals against KIIT & KISS.

In December 2025, she signed with Goa-based club Sesa Football Academy to play in the Indian Women's League (IWL), the top division of women's football in India.

International and state career

Lenka represents the Odisha women's football team in domestic competitions.

In December 2024, she was part of the Odisha state team that finished as runners-up and won the silver medal at the 29th Senior Women's National Football Championship held in Narainpur, Chhattisgarh.

In May 2025, Lenka was a key member of the Odisha women's beach soccer team that won the gold medal at the 1st Khelo India Beach Games held in Diu. She scored multiple goals during the tournament, including two goals in the 14–1 victory over Andhra Pradesh.
