Kaczala''' is an [[United States of America|American]] politician of the [[United States Republican Party|Republican]] party who was the party's 2004 nominee to challenge incumbent [[United States Democratic Party|Democratic]] [[United States House of Representatives|U.S. Rep.]] [[Marcy Kaptur|Marcia C. Kaptur]].

In 2007, Kaczala ran again, this time for Toledo Municipal Court, but suffered the same result, this time at the hands of Republican endorsed Judge, Michael R. Goulding.
