Labtech

LabTech Software is corporation that provides a MSP application, written by system administrators, internationally at an affordable price.

The LabTech MSP Application integrates clients, locations, computers, contacts, monitoring, alerting, ticketing, reporting, time keeping, billing and more. It also provides functionality for stealth remoting and repair, scripting, plugins, external development through an API, branding and so much more.

History

Greg Buerk and Jim Bell founded LabTech in July 2005. Greg set out to make it easier to support many small businesses from a single location. Little did he know that he would be a pioneer in Managed Service Software. Greg Buerk worked with Josh Bucher to code the first version of LabTech. The product was officially launched and LabTech Software-LLC-was created in January 2007.

Seeing LabTech's potential, Greg brought Matt Nachtrab and Don McCallum into LabTech to help commercialize and market the software. LabTech 2.0 was launched on March 31 of 2008.
