Kovid Panthy

Kovid Panthy is a Nepalese entrepreneur and Computer programmer. He was selected as one of Glocal 20under20 in 2018 and was named an IBM Champions in 2019.

Career

Panthy began programming as a teenager and later opened an IT Company, Techsamaj Web. In 2021, ICT Samachar described him as a programmer, entrepreneur, and an educator and reported on his work in software development and programming education.

In 2021, Panthy and Kim Baaden founded Impact Yes, LLC, a leadership development company.

In 2025, The Kathmandu Post reported that Panthy was a co-founder of Impact Yes and that the company had entered into a partnership with Ramada Encore Kathmandu for hospitality-sector leadership development.

Public speaking

In 2019, WordCamp Bharatpur, posted Panthy’s speaker profile under their speakers section.

In 2021, NepalNews reported that Panthy was among the speakers filmed for a TEDx DurbarMarg television programme.

In 2025, Panthy appeared with Baaden on the Schulering Hospitality Podcast to discuss leadership development in the hospitality industry.
