Kids Next Door Arctic Base

As the name suggests, the Kids Next Door Arctic Base is the second most important KND HQ in the coldest part of Antarctica. The KND Arctic Base is a special KND prison where particularly dangerous and not-so-dangerous villains, such as Madam Margaret, the Crazy Old Cat Lady, the Toilenator, Heinrich von Marzipan, Soccer Mom, and Jimmy Nixon McGarfield and his assistant Anna Worthington, are locked up. It is also where new recruits are trained (see Op T.R.A.I.N.I.N.G.). Numbuh 60 is often seen around here as he is the KND drill instructor, though Numbuh 86 does visit whenever necessary. Also, the Arctic Base has a warehouse where the KND keep weapons that were confiscated from incarcerated villains. The warehouse might be shown in later episodes.

Bunnynapped Mr. Flupaloupagus and planned to turn him into a chocolate bunny. After Numbuhs 2 and 5 foiled his plan, he got thrown into the chocolate volcano and turned into a monster made of chocolate and after he was cured of this condition, he was locked up. After a while, he was kidnapped by Black John Licorice and his band of Licorice Pirates after he swallowed a seed that Black John Licorice needs to be human again. After Numbuh 5 and Stickybeard rescued him, he was imprisoned again. |

MISSION, and wanted him to participate in the bowling tournament. After Numbuhs 1, 2, 3, and 5 crashed the bowling tournament, he was recaptured and is currently sharing his cell with the Toilenator. He was last seen before Op. M.I.S.S.I.O.N. in Op. D.A.D.D.Y. so it is assumed he got imprisoned in Op. D.A.D.D.Y. |

He turned totally evil and ruined the first snow day of the year by capturing the students of Gallagher Elementary, including Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 and 5, and forcing them to return to school for an assembly in which he crowns Lizzie his queen, but Jimmy was defeated by desperately ill Numbuh 1. After Anna helped the KND defeat him, Anna wanted to share a cell with him while they were incarcerated. Jimmy and Anna still attend Gallagher Elementary, but the lovebirds are serving time in Permanent Detention. |
