Kheith'as II is a Tomb king character form "Warhammer Fantasy Battles"

Kheith'as II the Serpent Lord was born the eldest son of high king Kheitan of Tanikkara. Located on the western bank of the river Vitae in Nehekara near to the cities of Zandri and Khemri. This beautiful city of marble palaces and gold adorned temples was a paradise to grow up in. When Kheith'as turned 18, the liche high priest and herald of the cult of Kharhan (the king of gods and lord of death), Khar'na'vyar discovered the powers to raise the dead to fight. Soon Tanikkara's priests all understood these powers.

The high king died from mysterious circumstances not 2 years later. Kheith'as was crowned ruler of all Tanikkara. After Kheith'as was established as king, he set up new schools, temples and splendid palaces in the city. He set up the Serpent Guard, an elite body of soldiers that guards the temples, palaces and the king himself. A few years later Nagash rose to power in Khemri. After Nagash attracted the attention of the Kings of Lahimia, Numas and Zandri these kings formed an alliance against him, Kheith'as decided to assist. Leading the host of Tanikkara towards Khemri, Kheith'as and the other kings planned their attack. Kheith'as led the Serpent Guard in a savage assault on the city breaking down walls and slaughtering the few defenders that still supported Nagash. When the forces of the alliance reached the black pyramid, Nagash was trapped inside. But cunningly, Nagash raised hordes of undead to break the siege, but the forces of the alliance destroyed the undead and confronted Nagash. As Nagash rode out on his chariot, Lahmizzar of lahimia, Kheith'as and the other kings stood before him. As Nagash fought his last desperate battle, Kheith'as watched as Lahmizzar cut Nagash down. As Nagash fell Kheith’as was stabbed in the back by the bronze blade of one of Nagash’s minions.

After the battle Kheith'as was brought to Tanikkara where he lay dying. As the liche's could not help him he died a few months later. High King Kheith'as II was buried alongside his father in a splendid tomb adorned with gold and marble. After the funeral his younger brother Dhar'ain was crowned king and ruled in peace for many long years.

Centuries later, the reincarnated Kheith'as woke up to find his kingdom in ruins, outraged by this he immediately set about re-establishing Tanikkara. He now rules from the Golden palace of Tanikkara assisted by his loyal order of liche priests, Mata’yor his herald and guarded by the Serpent Guard, planning the day when the forces of The Serpent Lord will conquer all...
