Khadija Movlazade

Xadica Movlazadeh (born February 12, 1978) is an Azerbaijani TV presenter. She started her TV career when she was 18 and since then contributed significantly to the development of independent media in Azerbaijan.

TV career

Space TV & Radio Broadcasting Company/ Space TV “Gelin Danishag” – presented a weekly talk show on various social issues such as equal participation of women in political and public life, equal opportunity for women in the economic sphere, reproductive health, tolerance, non-discrimination and others. “Mugham Show” - presented a weekly talent show aimed at discovering and promoting the best mugham performer among youth through a series of nationwide auditions and concerts. “Azeri Star” – presented a weekly talent show aimed at discovering the best pop singer in the country through a series of nationwide auditions and concerts.

Inter Azerbaijan TV/ Moscow, Russia Prepared and presented weekly musical TV show including phone calls and discussion on various social issues encountered by Azerbaijani community living in Moscow.

ANS Group of Companies/ ANS TV “Salam” – presented a daily morning show featuring news briefs, information reports, show-business news. “Kamerton” – worked as a reporter and later as a presenter for a weekly music show describing the latest news in Azerbaijani show-business.
