Kerkula Blama
Kerkula Blama (born 25 April 1994), is a Liberian blogger and digital media entrepreneur. He is the founder of Geez Liberia, an online platform that covers entertainment, culture, and lifestyle stories.
Early life and education
Blama was born in Salala, Bong County, Liberia. He grew up partly in Monrovia and attended high school in the Firestone District. Blama is currently studying management with a minor in public administration at the African Methodist Episocpal University.
Career and influence
Blama started his media career as a writer and web manager for Plus Liberia in 2016. In 2018, he founded Geez Liberia, which was initially called LIB Geez. The platform started as a Facebook page before becoming a digital media outlet that publishes articles, InterViews, and commentary on Liberian music, film, and lifestyle trends.
