Kentucky Governor bestows Colonel Commission

Frankfort, KY - the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky has honored Earl Reginald Stevenson, with a commission as a Kentucky Colonel “in recognition of noteworthy accomplishments and outstanding service to the nation”. Stevenson joined an impressive list of notables who have been commissioned. Being commissioned a Kentucky Colonel is the highest honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky upon a private citizen and only the sitting Governor has the power to issue the commission.
