Kendall Dabaghi
Kendall Dabaghi (born May 29, 1987) is an American entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Ashton Kutcher's A Plus (aplus.com), a digital media company focused on positive journalism for millennials. A Plus reaches a monthly unique audience of 30 million visitors and is a top 100 US site according to Quantcast.
Early Life & Education
Dabaghi was bon in Austin, Texas in 1987. He was a competitive tennis player at St. Stephen's Tennis Academy and Austin Tennis Academy, at one point ranking in the top 10 in Texas and finishing high school ranked close to the top 50 in Texas and top few hundred players nationally. He graduated from Anderson High School (Texas) in 2005, and in 2009 graduated from Duke University magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. At Duke he served as Class President And Co-chaired the Senior Gift Committee.
Career
After graduation Dabaghi received a Fulbright scholarship to study the Mexican [...] war, which he researched from 2009 to 2010. He guest-lectured on the topic at Harvard University and published a feature article in World Politics Review, "The Neglected Roots of Mexico's [...] War," which was later incorporated into an Amazon.com e-book.
Dabaghi worked at the management consultancy McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2011, where he specialized in technology and Big Data. In 2011, Dabaghi co-founded Gridtech Inc. with Evan Beard to develop innovative software-as-a-service solutions. Gridtech Inc. launched ArmorHub in 2012, a web security platform for small- and medium-businesses. ArmorHub was acquired by Spirent Communications in 2014.
In 2014 Dabaghi co-founded A Plus with Ashton Kutcher and Evan Beard to apply technology to spread positive journalism to millennials.

Dabaghi was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Media for entrepreneurs, breakout talents, and change agents in 2016. He has also been recognized in Business Insider's Silicon Alley 100, a collection of the most influential and inspiring people in the New York tech industry.
