The brewemaster is Tommy Keegan, however Production Manager Kevin Davis, and brewers Geoffery Wenzel and Dan Smith actually get up in the morning and make the beer.
The beers
The brewery makes three beers. Old Capital, named for Kingston’s heritage, is a refreshing ale. Hurricane Kitty, named after the brewer's grandmother, is an India Pale ale, while Mother's Milk is a dark, rich, and creamy milk stout with hints of chocolate. There are also limited release Keegan Ales brews available only on site as well as a rotation of other NY brewed beers on tap. See the website, www.keeganales.com, for current availability.
The brewery
The brewery is built inside an 1830s brick building. The tap room and beer garden is open every day.
