KBS PS UAVs are Chinese UAVs developed by Kangbashi Police Station (康巴什分局) of Ordos Public Security Bureau (鄂尔多斯市公安局), and has since entered service with local law enforcement.

Quadcopter
Quadcopter is the first UAV developed by KBS PS, and the general designer is Officer Mergen Bater (莫日根巴特尔, July 1990 -), who did not have any previous aeronautical design and aviation experience. Realizing the importance of UAV in police work, Officer Mergen Bater begun his own development of multirotor after witnessing a demonstration of hexacopter in October 2012. After months of work and more than a hundred attempts, the resulting quadcopter finally became successful and entered service in 2013. What’s unique about the quadcopter developed by Officer Mergen Bater is that all subsystems are purchased online, so in comparison to the average Renminbi 200,000 unit price of brand name hexacopters marketed by other established UAV manufacturers, the quadcopter developed by Officer Mergen Bater only cost a tiny one percent, around Renminbi 2,000, while being able to perform most of the same missions assigned. ==Hexacopter==
Hexacopter is the second UAV development by KBS PS, also designed by Officer Mergen Bater. The hexacopter has replaced the first generation quadcopter in the frontline deployment and the quadcopter is mainly relegated to training missions. Because more advanced equipment and subsystems adopted, this second generation hexacopter is much more expensive than the earlier first generation quadcopter.
