KAVANAH

KAVANAH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which was founded in 2015. KAVANAH has been devoted to providing affordable housing for low to moderate-income families and individuals and shelter for homeless Veterans. The operational and administrative headquarters are located in Sacramento County, California, United States.

The mission statement of KAVANAH is "Changing the way people get into homes throughout the world". KAVANAH provides affordable housing in the form of shared housing for individuals. KAVANAH partners with career and technical education programs which currently exist in high schools and charter schools to offer a tiny house build project for the youth and at-risk young adults. KAVANAH purchases and receives donations of distressed properties, renovates the properties to make them inhabitable and energy efficient, then markets the properties to low and moderate income families and individuals. KAVANAH also partners with ministries and other nonprofit organizations to provide resources including affordable housing.
