Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider

is a 2016 Japanese film in the Movie War line of the Kamen Rider Series. It serves as a crossover between the television series Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and Kamen Rider Ghost. The film features the series' two lead heroes and their allies, with assistance from Kamen Rider Wizard, Kamen Rider Gaim and Kamen Rider Drive, confronting an evil organization led by the elusive villain known as Dr. Pac-Man. The film was released nationally in Japan on December 10, 2016.

Plot

The , which conducted groundbreaking and innovative research on genomes called the reappears after 6 years in the dark, led by the mysterious Dr. Pac-Man (Shirō Sano), spreading a new, unknown strain of the Bugster virus that threatens humanity. Among the infected is Takeru Tenkūji's (Shun Nishime) friend Akari Tsukimura (Hikaru Ohsawa) and thus Takeru, Kamen Rider Ghost joins Emu Hōjō (Hiroki Iijima), Kamen Rider Ex-Aid in the battle to stop the Next Genome Institute and save Akari. However, the enemy proves itself too tough for Ex-Aid, Ghost and their allies, until three Kamen Riders from the past appear to lend them a hand.
