Kali Girls

"Kali" (Kali girls) was an American Pop/R&B trio composed of teenage singers and dancers Brianna, Cristina and Jamie. The band was first known as Willow but was quickly changed to LAX, months later it was decided that the band would be named Kali Girls due to all of them being from California.

Brianna is the oldest member. She appeared on America’s Most Talented Kids and is from San Diego. Cristina, the youngest, hails from Anaheim . Jamie is a hip hop dancer and is from Palm Springs. They have all had formal music lessons while attending the Hollywood pop Academy 1. They are best known for their first single; the breakup anthem "Forget You", which received some positive reviews but did not chart. They planned to release their new single "Beach Girl", but the single will not be released. Their album was scheduled for a summer 2008 release, but is currently being held back, and their album will not be released due to Label issues. On August 8,2008, Brianna Cara stated in a myspace message that the girls have broken up, and that it is not in their hands, it was the Labels choice. Cristina Ballestero is now singing on youtube, Brianna Cara is focusing on her Education, and Jamie Spradley has not been heard from.
