Juri (model)
is a Japanese fashion model and actor. His real name is .
Juri is represented with Gig Management Japan.
His representation of his name in the Roman alphabet JURI was changed to 寿里 in kanji in January 2007. Juri's brother is Ryoji Aikawa of the Yomiuri Giants.
It was reported that he married actress Maaya Ono in his blog in 22 November 2015. Due to this, Kento Ono became Juri's brother-in-law.
Biography
Juri graduated from Chiba Prefecture Tachi Kawanami High School.
He became active as a popular reader model for the magazine Tokyo Street News during his high school years (synchronization models of the magazine also had Satoshi Tsumabuki, Tomohisa Yuge, Azusa Yamamoto, etc.)
Juri was chosen at the "National Men's High School Student Audition" of the programme Asayan broadcast on TV Tokyo at the same time when he passed the model audition. He modelled during the Paris Fashion Week, and debuted his modelling career at the age of eighteen.
Currently Juri is also active as a model in numerous fashion shows such as Hugo Boss and Hermès, and even magazines, advertisements, etc.
He started activities as an actor since around 2005.
