Junior Hong Kong Canada Business Association JHKCBA
The Junior Hong Kong Canada Business Association (JHKCBA)is a student affiliation of the Hong Kong Canada Business Association (HKCBA), the largest bilateral trade organization in Canada. While HKCBA has ACTIVE chapters across the major Canadian cities: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary, Ottawa, Halifax, and Winnipeg, the JHKCBA operates on university campus divisions.
The association identifies itself as a youth business networking entity that ties youths from 18 - 30 who share an interest in building career in Hong Kong and China. Currently there are 3 junior chapters in Canada: Montreal, Ottawa, and Winnipeg. JHKCBA Montreallink title, based in McGill University and now the largest in Canada, is founded in 2005 by a group of McGill Management undergraduates. Since then, it has expanded into HEC Montreal, the dominant French business school in the city. Its total membership is 662. Sonia Wong, a McGill student, currently presides the JHKCBA McGill center with team executives: Amine El Kaouachi, Antonio Abraham, Aubrey Trask, Faith Chin, Jonathan Lam, and Lucia Shen. The HEC chapter is managed by Charles Robert. JHKCBA Ottawa is founded in April 2005, and has a membership of 50.
