Jon Mack
Jon Mack is an American actress, musician, and model. She is most well known for her roles as Ava Gardner in the 1999 biopic Introducing Dorothy Dandridge starring Halle Berry, and for her role in the upcoming installment in the popular horror franchise Saw VI. She is also lead singer of the band Auradrone.
Personal life
Born in Michigan, Mack was a performer at an early age: singing and teaching herself guitar. A child of the theater, she become ACTIVE in chorus and drama in high school, continuing studies at the Tisch School of Arts at New York University and the Lee Strasberg Institute in Los Angeles. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
In 1999, she portrayed film legend Ava Gardner in the Emmy Award-winning biopic Introducing Dorothy Dandridge starring Halle Berry. In October 2009, she will be featured in the horror film Saw VI.
In the 2006 James BOND film Casino Royale, Mack was the model for the promotional posters where a female silhouette was shown.
In March 2009, under the name Auradrone, she released her first album "Whitelite Britelite", a collection of original electronic rock music. In May 2009, under the same Auradrone moniker, she released "Whitelite Britelite: Rehabilitated", a remix album based on the original.
Mack is a vegetarian and staunch environmentalist.
