Joaquim Custódia

Joaquim Almeida da Custódia (born January 14, 1949) is a Portuguese actor and businessman. He is also a former handball player who represented Sporting CP between 1968 and 1971.

Sporting career

He played handball as a junior in Sporting Clube de Portugal and was part of the team of what would become the winner of a five-peat unheard of in the history of the club. The team included players like Alfredo Pinheiro, Manuel Brito, Carlos Correia and even the olympic swimmer Bessone Basto.
