JJ Sergi

JJ Sergi(Jason Sergi) is a Speculative Fiction Author. He lives among the frigid hills and vales of New England and has written hundreds of short Stories and several novels. Among his works are the novelette, The Enigma of The Master Stone, and the short stories: And The Trees Looked Like Ghosts, and Lost In Shadow.

Writing Life

Jason's first ever story was written and "self-published" when he was only twelve. It was a sci-fi work tilted, The Hoover Men, and received much acclaim from close family members, despite it being RIFE with misspellings and contradictions.

In 2001 he took a writing course through the Connecticut Institute of Literature, but didn't start writing in earnest until 2004.

His first professional credit, The Enigma Of The Master Stone, was published in the Nov/Jan Issue of Sorcerous Signals magazine in 2008. That was soon followed by, And The Trees Looked Like Ghosts, and Lost In Shadow which both appeared in subsequent issues of Sorcerous Signals and its print magazine Mystic Signals.

He's currently working on several projects, including a prequel to The Enigma of The master Stone.

The Works

The Enigma of The Master Stone is a novelette that follows Arthur and his two troll companions as they venture into The Master Stone (Tomb of the Dragon Lord Tragken) in search of The Ancient relic: The Golden Griffin. Many others have attempted the quest in the past (including Arthur's boyhood hero Lord Bathmal Arined) only to never be heard from again. But Arthur is determined to succeed where so many others have failed. While in The Master Stone, Arthur and his companions must solve deadly riddles, avoid wicked traps, and ultimately confront the terrible mystery that dwells in the bowels of The master Stone...that is, if they can survive to make it so far.

...And The Trees Looked Like Ghosts is a shorty story AbOUT a very successful man named Jasper Shilling. He has money, mansions,and women aplenty, but the one thing he lacks is peace. Despite his many accomplishments, the one thing he cant seem to attain is peace-of-mind. One day a visitor appears in his bedchamber and takes him on a journey through time,where in the end he must face and defeat the thing that's been holding him back, or face certain RUiN.

Lost In Shadow is a short story that details just what a man will go through for the woman--or elf-fairy--he loves.
