Jim on the motorway is truck driver in the United Kingdom, who in the last decade has become notorious for ringing up radio stations and causing disruption which GeneRally results on him being cut off. However some radio listeners regard jim as legand and look forward to him phoning in

Early days and Hallam Fm

Jim's first noted calls on the radio were to presenter Tim Shaw who also presented on Hallam FM's sister station Magic Am. However Jim first achieved cult fame for his nightly arguments with Nick Margerrison who hosted the 'Nick at Night Show'. It was during this time from 2003 till 2006 that Jim became a listener favourite.

The Present-TalkSport

Most recently Jim can be heard on the [London]] based station talksport, where he regularly calls in. Most recently he has had on air arguments with James Whale and Ian Collins.
