Jelena Vukosav
Jelena Vukosav (born March 6,1985,in Split,Croatia) is a Croatian born music video director and a photographer. She graduated from New York's School of Visual Arts, during which she spent her time directing music videos and working as a visual effects artist. Currently she is working on her first TV Show for the Croatian market.
Education
Jelena moved to United States when she was only 17. She enrolled in School of Visual Arts to pursue Computer Art studies. Eventually she drifted away from 3d animation and motion graphics only to find herself taking photography and cinematography classes. She excelled in her elective studies so she was released from taking main computer art courses.
Work
Jelena worked with several New York studios including Psyop, Stardust Studios, Transistor Studios,Shilo, Curious pictures, Stiletto and The Molecule.
In December 2007 she returned to Croatia to start her own production company under the name of Perceptum Productions LTD. Within that company she started a division for music video/commercial production LOVE Studio which stands for Learn Observe Visualize and Execute.
Upon her return,Jelena was featured in a two page spread in PlanB - croatian design magazine.

Trivia
- Jelena received President's Bush Academic Excellence award while in high school.
- She was an exchange student in Washington DC.
- Prior to becoming a director, Jelena aspired to become a singer.
- Music for her thesis piece was provided by famed band Scissor Sisters.
- Jelena interned for a celebrity photographer Danielle Levitt
