Jeffrey J. Kroll is a Chicago-based personal injury lawyer.
Overview
Kroll is best known for representing victims of auto, truck and bus accidents but he and his firm also practice various areas of personal injury.
Kroll claims to have won settlements or verdicts of more than $1 million on many occasions. In 2002, Kroll was selected by The National Law Journal as one of the top 40 lawyers in America under the age of 40, and was the only personal injury attorney selected from the Midwest. His cases include his representation of an 18-year-old university student who was struck and killed by a bus operated by the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD).
Kroll graduated from DePaul University College of Law and received his B.S.C. from DePaul in Finance and Economics in 1987. He currently holds leadership positions in the American Bar Association and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
