Jeannie Paterson
Jeannie Marie Paterson is a Senior Lecturer in Contract Law at Monash University, Clayton, Victoria , Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Bachelor of Laws and a PhD Doctor of Philosophy in Contract Law and has had extensive experience in banking and finance law at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, a top-tier Australian law firm.
She has co-written two major Australian textbooks on Contract Law:
