Jason Ross (actor)

Jason Ross was born February 19, 1972 in Sydney Australia.

A child actor, singer musician - he recorded his first album at 9 years old and performed at the Sydney Opera House that same year. After his mother died from lung cancer when he was a teenager, he rebelled and spent long periods of time travelling overseas, returning to Australia to complete a journalism degree and masters degree with honours in animal biology.

An extensive traveller he set a goal to visit every continent (finishing with Antarctica) before returning to Australia again to take up a position as media adviser in Pauline Hanson's One Nation during the height of its political prowess and controversy.

Jason finally returned to acting in 2006-2007, when he appeared nationally On the Television series - Down n Out (TVS Sydney) and has appeared on Joys World with Joy Hruby AO (Order of Australia) the longest standing program on Community Television.

He is an actor, singer and current Host of 'The Tonight Show with Jason Ross" (www.thetonightshow.com.au) on TVS (www.tvs.tv) Television in Sydney, Australia, and has appeared on numerous programs on the ABC network, Channel 7 & Channel 9.

The Tonight Show with Jason Ross is in its 2nd Season - 2009. He has interviewed guests including Mark Evans (AC/DC), Fred Nile (Minister, Member of Parliament) & Phillip Adams (Political Commentator).
