Jason Milner

Jason Milner (born May 3, 1971 in Tuscaloosa, AL) is A Tour manager/tour accountant in the music business. He is currently based in Los Angeles, CA

Biography

Hometown: Los Angeles, CA

After attending the University of Alabama, Jason got his start in the music business in 1994 while working venue security at Pink Floyd’s stadium show at Birmingham, AL’s Legion Field. A year and half later Jason was afforded the opportunity by Tony Ruffino to start S&S Productions, a security and stagehand company in conjunction with New Era Promotions. He worked as the managing partner from 1996-1998.

In 1998 he took his first tour management job with Soul Asylum, after which he relocated to Los Angeles to concentrate strictly on touring. After three years in Los Angeles Jason moved to Nashville, TN in 2001 to take the tour manager position with Lee Ann Womack during her "I Hope You Dance" tour. He worked full-time with Lee Ann until January of 2003 when she took a brief hiatus.

In 2003-2005 Jason returned to freelance tour management highlighted by his work with Ozzy Osbourne in 2003 and on Madonna’s Re-Invention World Tour in 2004. His other tour management credits include, Sara Evans, Pink, Robert Randolph, and Karl Denson's Tiny Universe among others. He has worked during this time period with Live Nation and Arthur Fogel’s company The Next Adventure as a Tour Director/Tour Accountant on Depeche Mode and Marc Anthony.

In 2006 Jason returned as the Road Manager for Madonna on her worldwide tour and Tour Managed Vanessa Hudgens from “High School, The Musical”.

Jason is now the tour manager for Paramore.
