A Dreaming youth, Jamshid began realizing that his exceedingly formidable persona and remarkably singing charisma was all that was needed to bring entertainment audiences worldwide. Born to Kurdish-Iranian parents, Jamshid’s cultural knack for Kurdistan and Iran’s endless creative music and arts inspired him to profess his undoubted adoration for singing throughout early life. Raised in Sanandaj, Iran, Jamshid’s thought-provoking vision of singing and entertainment gained him the objective to sculpt musical notes utilizing polished chords, refined vocals, and an evolution of melodious beats. His outlook on combining the very essence of Kurdish folklore, Iranian classical, and modern universal pop enlightened him to contribute his talent to all walks of life. So, there it was with his journey just beginning and destined to entertain thousands across the globe.
At the tender age of 30, and a brand new start to second millennium, Jamshid’s enduring vision of singing had succumbed him to voyage a difficult, yet consequential maze across the globe, inevitably leaving his home, and arriving to an amass of unfamiliar territory. The overwhelming feeling of arriving to the United States besieged his cultural sight, and knew it would be diminished if he did not maintain the music and art of his ethnic values. Albeit far from home it was then when Jamshid overpowered his momentous feeling and continued on, establishing a new entertaining journey on the North American continent.
With life throwing obstacles, stumbling blocks, and the strength of hard work, Jamshid released his first major-record album titled “Naghshe Ziba” in 2002. This nine-track album had come a long ways from those dreaming formative years, but, his resilience in music, culture, and, especially, family gained him an effortful album of melody and voice. Although commencing a new chapter in life, Jamshid endured a pain breaking moment in life grieving the passing of his father whom was his life’s inspirational paramount. During this moment, Jamshid came to realize that he still had an audience to entertain, and that his father’s spirit and legacy needed to live on. This was his ticket to the next stop, embarking him on, yet, another album in 2004 this one titled “Khosh Amadi”. Following Naghshe Ziba, audiences increasingly favored Jamshid’s choice of familial lyrics and tuneful arrangements; therefore, it was no doubt that Khosh Amadi would pull in a much more larger huddle of audiences. Upon Khosh Amadi’s market release, music listeners of all around the globe flocked to stores to get a first hand at Jamshid’s second album. Audiences were so moved with his love of life and family transpired into lyrics and music that Jamshid had become a music sensation in just only a short period of time. His audiences had grown with him sharing life’s common fissures.
Eventually, sales, crowds, and numerous entertaining venues such as concerts, validated Jamshid’s persona unyielding behavior for love, culture, and challenge, which predictably paved his way to his third album titled “Faribaaneh”. Yet again, the words, along with a euphonious tune, and overpowering voice in this album shaped, fashioned, and inspired many. Because of his soulful devotion and unbending spirit for his work, Jamshid’s unresisting nature continues to take him miles beyond a standstill. Not too long following Faribaaneh, Jamshid had begun his suggestive thinking for a fourth album. In the latter months of 2007, Jamshid’s inauguration of “Avalin Negah” shadowed around not only on the traditions of the past and present, and cultural spice, but of an influential stage that cultivated him into seeing the many stages of what love has to offer, nurture and courtship. Unfortunately, Jamshid’s love of life weakened once again when his angelic inspiration parted. His undying reverence for his mother gave him the strength to live on and to share his beauty on life with all his fans; and, especially, the birth of a new courtship, new love.
The dynamism of Jamshid’s purpose delivered in his music is of one with pristine lyrics, harmonious sounds, and life’s expected and unexpected splendors that are in some way or another coherent with the world. It finally, comes down to that youthful dreamer who began realizing his exceedingly formidable persona and remarkably singing charisma in bringing people together for one purpose: Life, Love, and most of all, MUSIC.
